Super zentral gelegene, saubere und gut ausgestattete Suiten-Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Service.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, der Service (Anmeldung, Antworten auf Mails, Anrufe etc.) ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber gut, die Dusche schön groß und heiß Wasser kam schnell.

Cons:

Als wir eintrafen roch es leider nach Rauch, und das in in einem Nichtraucherhaus. Die Verwaltung reagierte sofort und nahm das von uns gemeldete Problem sehr ernst, nach umfangreichem Lüften hatte sich das Thema auch nachhaltig erledigt.
Das Bett ist mit 140cm für zwei Personen doch recht schmal (warum dieses Maß, wo doch eigentlich mehr Platz vorhanden ist), und jedes Umdrehen verursacht Geräusche. Hier könnte gerne etwas investiert werden.

Chance d’avoir une vue sur la tour de télévision au 4iéme étage sans ascenseur Appart trés propre, moderne (pas de micro onde) et spacieux pour 2. Proche de nombreux commerces et bar !

Cons:

Pas de micro onde. Lit petit pour 2. Manque un meuble pour poser sa valise. Quartier bruyant le soir si on ouvre les fenêtres (fenêtres bien isolées) mais surement partout dans Berlin.

Cons:

I think for stays over a week some proper pillows and I personally prefer a bigger quilt that hangs over the mattress, but that’s a personal preference. It was great otherwise

A snapshot of Berlin, close to the heart.
Pros:

Great location and beautiful building. Vibrant neighborhood. The apartment is clean, new, and quiet, with an amazing view of the TV Tower. The owner and staff are friendly, professional, and reassuring. Highly recommend for short stay, business trip, or temp apartments.

De los mejores al9jamientos de Berlin Mitte
Pros:

La ubicación y el lugar es encantador. El personal muy atento y dispuestos a solucionar cualquier duda rápidamente. Sin duda, volveré.

Cons:

Al ser un edificio antiguo, no dispone de ascensor, pero siempre viene bien hacer un poco de ejercicio. En la suite no falta de nada, quizás por sujerir alguna mejora, tener microoondas facilitaría mucho la estancia si es por trabajo.

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Die Einrichtung war minimalistisch und modern, das hat uns gefallen.

Cons:

Die Toilette war ungewöhnlich hoch und somit war der Komfort ein wenig eingeschränkt. Das Bett hat bei kleinsten Bewegungen laute Geräusche verursacht. Dem Problem wurde sich angenommen und eine eine Lösung wurde auch gefunden.

Pros:

I booked a studio for my brother. Thank you for accomodating him in the first floor as he has a medical issue. He said the overall experience was good: the room was clean, prompt and human customer service, good location.

Cons:

The room was small compared to the picture in the website. Nevertheless, it had everything that was offered.
