Clean, modern, all needed amenities available, central, nice view
Pros:

Beautiful location with a park in front. We had nice views of greenery amidst the concrete jungle that is Shibuya. the accommodation itself was perfect.

Great central stay, hospital staff
Pros:

My husband got sick while travelling and they were very accomodating by letting us check-in early, since the room was already ready. They did not charge us extra for that. The location was close to the station, but also close to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. With all the shops and restaurants.

Cons:

They make the room every 2 days instead of every day. But you can choose for clean towels and garbage disposal every day, through a magnet sticker on the door. That system wasn't clear to me at the first day. Too bad. Because great service! Don't need full cleaning every day. But a little touch up, yes please. They could have communicated that more clearly.

ok, the service could be better
Pros:

Nice location

Cons:

This is the first time ever in any hotel where I have been that the staff could not help us with the taxi reservation. I had to go to the street and catch one by myself. And taxi early in the morning to the airport had to be arraged via booking.com, the hotel did nor help at all.
