מלון מקסים במיקום מעולה. מאוד מרכזי בשיבויה. קרוב למסעדות, קניות, בתי קפה. החדרים המשודרגרים גדולים ונוחים את משמעותית יקרים יותר.
הצ'ק אין מאוחר יותר משאר הבתי מלון רק ממשעה 17 וזה לא סביר. ניקיון אחת ליומיים ולמלון ברמה כזאת ובמחירים כאלה זה גם לא סביר. חייבים ניקיון כל יום והחלפת המגבות ליבשות ונקיות
Great location, great view and good water pressure in the shower.
The room was dirty, shower wasn’t clean and carpet was grotty. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. It would be okay for 1 night but not a very comfortable stay for multiple nights.
The hotel's location is perfect.
The rooms are small and uncomfortable, with no room to move around. The bathroom sink is located inside the room itself, and the shower and toilet area is so cramped that someone over 190 cm tall cannot move at all. The rooms are cleaned only once every two days, which is very inconvenient. We will not be returning.

Beautiful room, super comfy bed, amazing view. The location was perfect, too. The hotel restaurant was very good, and breakfast especially was fantastic.
Room was dusty (I am allergic so this was rough for me). When I first arrived the fans in both the bathroom and the room itself were so blocked up they were making a loud whistling noise. The staff kindly cleaned both at my request, but the room continued to gather dust quickly even after that.
Also, the laundry room had only two machines in total. For a hotel this big that meant they were never available.

Location was great for the area
I felt like everything was too much for the staff. Any requests felt like it was too much. Right down to even helping with bags. I was alone with a child and no one offers to help
The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, the lobby and cafeteria space is great.
The bathroom arrangement does not work. The shower curtain was dirty and moldy.
Not enough power points to charge your electronics.
The restaurant where the breakfast is served was dirty. Floors and tables were not pristine.
As for the breakfast, not much variety.
Please give disposable slippers!
Rooms were large for Tokyo. Location was good in Miyashita Park.
Noise from street was excessive and went on till all hours of the night. Service was non existent and staff were apathetic. They seemed untrained and did not attempt to speak to guests in English
The staff at Sequence Miyashita Park were helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is very nice, right in the heart of Shibuya and perfect for exploring the area. The panoramic bar is a real highlight, with lovely views over the city and a relaxed atmosphere in the evening. The rooms are on the small side, but that is to be expected in Tokyo, and they were comfortable and well designed.
Unfortunately, there was no packed breakfast box available for guests with an early departure, which would have been a welcome option. In the morning, the direct access to Miyashita Park is also closed. That’s a pity, as the connection to the park is one of the hotel’s big pluses, so having to walk around makes it less convenient for early starts.
