Very low quality. Very unprofessional. I did not have toilet paper for the majority of my work week.

An iron and board more cups a Bible more comfortable bed

I understand the cleaning aspect as well as possible loss, but it would be nice to have items like a pot and pan with a lid along with a spatula in the room, or available to use.

Extremely disappointing experience — poor customer service

I had a paid reservation at WoodSpring Suites Charlotte - University Research Park. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist was extremely disappointing.

I politely asked to use the restroom, but I was met with a rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming response. The way I was treated made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and I no longer felt confident staying at the hotel. Because of this interaction, I made the decision not to proceed with my stay despite having already paid.

A hotel’s staff represents the entire establishment. Even when a request cannot be accommodated due to policy, guests and customers should be treated with respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy.

I hope management takes this matter seriously, reviews the conduct of the staff involved, and takes steps to ensure other guests do not experience the same treatment.

Tv didn’t work, no bath cloths available, no front desk help

The room had these little shards on the floor, I’m not sure if it was glass, or something else, the water also had these black little things, I’m not even sure what they were, also I don’t even know what it was but something disgusting was just there??? I’m not even sure how to describe it but I attached a picture

Front desk double charge me now I have to wait for the pending charge to drop. When I asked her about it she was rude saying check with general manager

Stained towels, and thin covers. People hanging in the lobby.

The overall visit was horrible. I checked in late Friday night to find no attendant at the facility. I was informed someone would be there in 20 minutes (took about 35). I was informed after I checked in and paid that the elevator was broken. Therefore, I had to luggage up 3 flights of stairs.
Upon entering the room, I found so many problems.
1. Floor was dirty and had a slippery film on it. Slipped but was able to catch myself from falling.
2. Smelled like smoke (was supposed to be a non-smoking room).
3. Burner knobs were missing
4. Microwave was greasy and had some type of round device connected underneath it
5. Dust on the bathroom mirrors and spiderwebs on the walls and ceiling; as well as on the nightstand and desk.
6. The bathtub was weak and felt as if I was about to fall through.
7. There were no washcloths. I was told they didn't have any cleaned.

There was no towels or wash rags in the room. It was a roach in there to

Checking out took 20 min because the front desk clerk was not there also the noise from other rooms. Not any selection for breakfast and. Also if felt like they may have bed bugs.
