I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tim the general manager for all he have done in the short time he been here I see the improvement and it’s happening fast very understanding always willing to listen to guest concerns and very approachable
The Manager Tony is Awesome he make sure he greet you soon as he see you coming threw the door make sure you are satisfied with your room do you need anything and very helpful I truly appreciate the hospitality the area is nice and lots of restaurants to choose from!!

The staff is nice, especially Mr.Larry but I’m unable to get online so I can’t work at all. I need to work to pay for my stay obviously so it’s really stupid and unprofessional that no one on location has contact information address this. They gave me a phone number that doesn’t even bring and I asked to speak to a manager about it, she was nice but not helpful. I just moved in planning to stay a month but I’ll have to move out immediately after paying $500 for the room and buying hundreds of dollars in supplies (usually pots, pans, and cooking utensils are provided). I don’t appreciate being uprooted this way and this is terrible customer service.

The Lady that checked up is was so Rude and Racist she made my fiance cry and she is fresh out of back surgery and made he feel like a dog she had her waiting for 3 hours to check in

There were no hotel staff to check me in. I called the posted number and the online listed number dozens of times. The hotel staff refuse to send me a refund.
The hotel was as expected. The staff were exceptional.
I left my medicines behind when I left on the next leg of my trip. When I realized what had happened I called. Sabrina, on the front desk, went to the room I had stayed in, found them and said they would keep them for me. She advised me to use one of the main carriers to collect the medicine from them and deliver it to my home. She made it quite clear that there was no problem. They would hold them till the carrier came.
I wish the carriers had been half as helpful. Nothing but bots. No way to talk to a person. One even started speaking German to me once I had created an account. I had enrolled from the US.
It took a week to get it sorted out during which the emails and phone calls were flying back and forth between me and Woodspring Suites Charlotte. Nothing was a problem for them.
I cannot thank them enough.
