Pros:

We’d made a mistaken reservation for the day after but the receptionist (his name might be Tom or Tony) helped us to cancel it for free. He was someone who stood out for his passion for his job, his commitment to doing it exceptionally well, and his genuine willingness to help his guests. I’ll always remember him. He really inspired us. Whenever we talk about dedication to one’s work, we still find ourselves talking about him ;)

We then made another reservation for the night we arrived in there. We were sleepless when we made the wrong reservation and they were accommodating, understanding, and willing to help. We’ll choose to stay there again for our future trips to Pandorf outlet center.

Es gab keine Tassen! Außerdem wurde ein Block Butter statt Portionspackungen angeboten, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Die Angestellten haben nicht gegrüßt.
