Not evough pillows

Nothing bothered us but for longer stays you might find it hard to cook for yourself

Very noisy neighbours

1. The water temperature in the shower was a disaster, it’s in between too hot and pure cold, we found a balance and it was towards to cold. (Fine in the heatwave but winter might be a risky) we were there when it was rainy and chilly

2. As you’re in the apartment and the main entrance is PIN code and doesn’t close automatically, we saw someone who probably wasn’t staying in the building came in as the door opened, didn’t feel too safe.

3. The price of the prime location comes with noises. As you’re right on high street, there are drunk ppl and homeless around and sometimes they start early or they gets quiet late at night. (We dodged the weekend but even weekdays were quite loud the windows aren’t the most amazing)

Really disappointed with this accommodation. NOT how the pictures depicted. Booked for two but the apartment was a SMALL double but set up for one person.
Bed uncomfortable and could do with a deep clean and refurb. For the price when booking was expecting a higher quality of apartment . NOT room that was very tired and of the lower end of the scale accommodation. I stress again not what the photos depict.

Expansive, to much sun light coming to inside the apartment, the blinds it’s the same of nothing… especially now in the summer I think there isn’t the best option
Kitchen need more utensils
Maybe u can find more cheap and better place to stay

Only 1 fan in the room and the shower needs regrouting as it has quite a bit of mold. Also the water pressure varies with boiling hot to cold in between....

There was nothing to dislike

On arrival to the room the corridor was littered with dirty linen and cleaning material. The time was later than the allowed check in time.
The room itself was very dirty, the window frames inside looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months.
No clothes hangers were supplied. Even if they had been there was no hanging space provided.
We had to clean the accommodation ourselves. We had to wash all the crockery, glassware and cutlery before we could use them. It was obvious that some of these items had not received any attempt at washing after the previous guests. There was only one fork provided for 2 people.
The toilet was badly stained and the seat was broken. The shower unit was disgusting with areas of black mould. The shower head support was broken so the shower could not be used properly. When showering the water went from hot to cold every few seconds. Fellow quests in another room on the floor above reported the same issue. The supplied toiletry bottles were dirty. The drawer under the sink was broken and fell all the way out.
There was a damaged table lamp on the bedside table.
I am amazed that Booking.com have this property on their listing. It’s a disgrace.
