No tea or coffee or milk. Only two mugs and one wine glass one regular size glass better to have two regular for those of us who drink water.
We had an unfortunate experience in that when we returned at 8pm the smoke detector was alarming. This was due to the battery running out. I contacted staff and got through to them I think around 8:30pm maybe 8:45pm they said they were aware and were dealing with it. I was really tired and was desperate to get to bed. I called again at 09:50 when they finally offered a chance to change rooms.
Why not just do that immediately! If they had done that they would have had a better review! It was ok
I feel that they didn’t have enough staff. Perhaps some proactive management for something like this! It happens it’s how you deal with it that’s important!

I checked in to the apartment and left immediately. The conditions of this apartment are unacceptable. It was dirty and unsafe. The shower was filthy with mould. The blind was broken. The window did not shut, and the door and lock was flimsy. As a female solo traveller I did not feel safe to stay here. I did not stay. I requested a refund and thankfully it was granted.

There definately is some finishing touches required..roilet seat was hanging off, certain areas were rusted, could hardly see out the windows as so dirty.

The shower had a thick layer of mould which looked like it was not cleaned in a very long time. When you open the bathroom odour, the smell of the mould was prominent. The vent was so dusty, the the dust was hanging, this is how thick it was. On the first day, I tried to close the kitchen curtain, the railing fell off. It was just wedged and actually had no firm holding, as I tried to put this back in place and just could not. So the kitchen window was open, as you can imagine this is a studio flat, so that meant the kitchen and bedroom was visible. Text messaged and never received the response and I was there for 4 nights. I requested an invoice almost half a dozen times, no response and no invoice. The booking stated 2, however, only one plate, etc. we had to locate the cleaner and request more cutlery. No microwave, but an oven was present, but when you opened the door, the oven moved forward. An oven was available, but for health and safety reasons no oven mitts or kitchen towel was available for removing hot food from the oven. There was a mirror, but instead of it being hung up it, this large mirror was placed on this small table with the 2 chairs. This small table and 2 chairs become key when there is no sofa to sit on. Most uncomfortable experience with poor customer services.

The thick smell of smoke, the smoke alarm going off three times in the space of an hour because someone was clearly smoking in their room even though it states not to.

Lots of smell of smoke. People hanging around at the door smoking weed, taking drugs and playing music. Had to spend hours walking around because i didnt feel comfortable approaching with these people standing at the door. Actually got in an argument with the homeless because as i left they held the door from closing and i didnt want to let them in. Apartment and whole place full of flies and smelt like cigarettes and weed. When i came back after an exam from college. 2 men were banging at the doorwhich i ignored at first, after a while i opened the door. They barged in without answering questions and saud they were here to fix a mirror after a break in? I asked them to leave, they did but then i was worried about the break in they were talking about

Lack of attention to detail when cleaning/preparing. There were some leftover items from someone's previous stay and unfortunately the milk satchets that were left had gone bad.
