Cons:

We checked in and there was no linings for the pull out bed and the outlets at the nightstand don’t work. Also didn’t provide hand soap/bar soap for the bathroom. Breakfast was awful. Not worth the money.

Pros:

We arrived at our room around 7:00 PM on a Saturday evening and had about 30 minutes to get ready for a dinner reservation. When we entered the room, the temperature was 80°F, so we lowered the thermostat before leaving. When we returned around midnight, the room was still 79°F, so we went to the front desk to report that the AC wasn’t working.

The front desk staff responded quickly and immediately moved us to another room. They even walked us to the new room to ensure the AC was working properly. We really appreciated how accommodating and efficient they were.

Because of the excellent customer service and the way the staff handled the situation, we would gladly stay here again. The breakfast area was exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. For an overnight stay we would definitely choose this place again!

Cons:

I think some individuals were smoking marijuana outside and the elevator smelled of it. The hotel is at no fault as it was not staff it was another guest.
