Il sorriso e l'accoglienza della signora che lavora alla reception
Pros:

Hotel nuovo alle porte di Ksamil,il mare si trova a 2 minuti a piedi,se no in macchina si possono raggiungere comodamente anche le altre spiagge. Il centro e distante circa 10 minuti sempre a piedi.
La signora alla reception ti accoglie col il sorriso e una grande disponibilità .Grazie a presto

ללינת לילה אחד ובמחיר הזה אפשר לאמר שהיה טוב.
Pros:

ביחס למחיר השהיה הייתה טובה ולא יותר.יש חניה חינם צמודה למלון.

Cons:

אין בקבוקי מים בחדר וגם לא במיני בר,
יש כוסות לקפה אבל אין כל אמצעי להכנת הקפה לא קומקום לא מכונה וגם לא פרודוקטים . אין טלפון .

Pros:

It is a very nice place , right on the entrance of Ksamil .
At a quiet neighborhood, not in the business of Ksamil but also very easy to approach the town centre and beaches from there , on foot, by car , or the bus that stops just in front .

The place is deeply clean , tidy and very cozy .
Breakfast was always with some traditional add ons that made it unique and the ladies , that were taking care of this, very kind.

Special thanks to Lorena and Odyssea (Odyssea and Lorena ) for making this stay there even more better .
So kind and welcoming people with a warm heart and beautiful soul.
I ll not forget how one of the kind made my stay at Citrus .

A nice place to stay and relax with a short distance to the nice beaches
Pros:

The location is 5/10 mins to the hyped beaches but far from the center and the night parties so it’s a good place to rest and don’t drive for too long so at night you can even go dinner walking. The room is spacious and confortable, the bed very confortable and a matress slight hard which we like. The receptionist Lorena is very nice and helpful.

Sejurul perfect!
Pros:

Nu se afla intr-o zona foarte aglomerată, dar aproape de plaja, magazine, restaurante.
Curatenie excelenta zilnic si nu in ultimul rand, personalul.
D-nul Edison un simpatic, dar Lorena cea mai dulce si plăcută companiioană.

Cons:

Sunt doua lucruri esențiale pentru o femeie care lipsesc din camera:
O oglinda mare sa te poți vedea in întregime si o oglinda cosmetica cu lupa :)

Excellent location and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Reception staff was brilliant, very helpful. Very good location, walking distance to Hand of KSAMIL, the PODA beach and all the restaurants. Also Bora Bora beach was very near.

Cons:

They need to improve timing of the breakfast. Breakfast time was about two and a half hours window but when we went down at 8am every morning, all the things weren’t ready. One morning we had our breakfast and leaving then we noticed they were bringing some different items which was more ideal foe our dietary requirements. All the food items should be ready by 8am for the guest to chose.

It is a good location, easy to reach, and very close to the beach. Eddie met us late at night, even after check-in hours, helped with the kids, and gave us a super warm welcome. GREAT man, clean, nice facilities, good coffee, and a tasty breakfast!

Personalul amabil si atent la nevoile noastre.Lorena si Edy ne a ajutat cu detalii .Camere curate, lenjerie si prosoape schimbate zilnic si mic dejun excelent.Locatie aproape de plaje si restaurante.Un mare plus au o terasa exterioara unde se poate sta pana târziu.Parcare gratuita și păzită este un mare avantaj.
