Poor would not use again.

Cons:

Not particularly clean. Mould in showers, stained carpets, site was not as photographed. Walls are paper thin and noise from different floors and rooms constant. Parking is very poor

Awful , disappointing hotel
Pros:

Positives were large room , with a full size fridge and good walk in shower

Cons:

1, the beds were extremely hard, pillows
were lumpy, no mattress protectors.
2, tap in bathroom was loose, there was a leak from the heated radiator which wasn't heated ! , rain coming through the air vent in bathroom !
3, blind on window didn't work properly
4, large stain on carpet
5,holes in wall
6, floating shelf was hanging off
7, glass shelf was missing in the bathroom, with fittings sticking out ! We later found the glass shelf in a drawer, dangerous!
8, no fire evacuation plan in our room , this became worrying feature as the fire alarms went off twice! We were on the top floor , !
9. Reception was not manned till later in the day no one to report to
10 a lot of building work is going on next door which belongs to the hotel the noise was awful 😖
11, the walls are paper thin , you can literally hear people's conversations!
