Clean but expensive and customer service was not great
Pros:

I chose this property because of the customer service that Hampton Inn is known for.
However, when I called to request a one hour late check out time, they refused to accommodate that. It was my graduation from a nearby university and i wanted to keep my room for a short time after the ceremony to come back and change out of my dress clothes. Instead they refused to allow that 1 hour time frame and alternatively, i had to haul my suitcase with me and change in a bathroom stall of a restaurant!
I was told the housekeeping supervisor would not allow my request. So much for customer service!

Cons:

I felt like my customer request was not given proper consideration and accommodation. A special request, which didn’t feel unreasonable, was made in essence of what would be accommodating for the customer. My preference should have had weight, not the housekeepers’ time schedule.

All good but the mango juice was really awful. The orange juice was good but this seemed off although the helper said that’s the way it normally is.

Overall it was a good stay and good price on the room
Pros:

Location. Washer/dryer for guests to use. Not too bad breakfast/good variety

Cons:

Didn’t make up the rooms everyday. No makeup mirror

Liked the location, excellent staff who seemed to enjoy their job, good restaurant.
Pros:

Excellent. Great selection, very clean area. Something for everyone.

Cons:

We did have an issue with the changes to making up the room. Part of the fun in getting away is to have the bedroom made up DAILY. The garbage was overflowing, calls to house keeping for towels, toilet paper we required more than once!

Pros:

The breakfast was different during our 2 day stay. Excellent options, clean area, nice seating area, very friendly staff. The food choices had something for everyone.

Un hotel à découvrir à Waterloo
Pros:

- Excellent service d'Andrew à la réception.
- Excellent déjeuner copieux et délicieux.
- Vraiment un très beau gymnase bien équipé et une belle piscine propre. Bravo!
- Excellent souper le lundi soir.
- Vous devriez annoncer et mettre en valeur le beau sentier de randonnée et la piste cyclable. Nous y sommes allés pour marcher à 2 reprises. Cela peut attirer des touristes qui aiment le vélo et la nature.

Cons:

- La porte de douche qui s'ouvrait continuellement même quand on la fermait bien.
- L'incapacité à pouvoir changer l'heure sur l'horloge de la table de chevet.

Close to where we were going

Cons:

The bed was rock hard and the blankets were quite thin. Not sure why the toilet was so low. Both of us were not happy at all with it.
