Un sejur de neuitat, ne vom întoarce cu drag aici.
Pros:

Locația superbă, pe lacul cu nuferi și o mulțime de păsări, aproape de plajă si de centrul stațiunii, micul dejun gustos, variat, servit intr-o ambianță de vis, camera mare ,totul foarte curat, personalul amabil și receptiv, multă verdeață în jurul hotelului, totul a fost la superlativ. Vom reveni cu drag la acest hotel.

Cons:

Nu a fost nimic care să nu îmi placă.

Un sejur minunat!
Pros:

O locatie deosebita ,cu multa liniste intr un cadreu natural deosebit,pe malul lacului cu nuferi.Un mic dejun care este mult peste ce se serveste acum pe litoralul romanesc sau bulgaresc la hotelurile de 4*.Ca detalii ,in fieacare zi se schimba preparatele ,foarte mare diversitate ,pentru toate gusturile.Personal am fost incantat de urda cu marar(ca la mama acasa) si de clatitele servite calde .Nu in ultimul rand trebuie mentionate locatia,foarte linistita comparabil cu restul statiunii si atentia personalului de la receptie si de la restaurant pentru clienti.Va multumesc tuturor pentru sejurul minunat!

Nice view and quiet location, plentiful breakfast, pleasant service,

Cons:

Slight Sewage smell in one of the bathroom in the morning, but cleaned after first shower, expensive beach chairs even with hotel coupon, have to have your own beach towel

Am fost a doua oară la acest minunat hotel.Si de data aceasta ne - am simțit f bine și ne am bucurat de priveliștea ce - l înconjoară, ospitalitatea personalului, curățenie și vederea frumosului lac cu nuferi.Cu siguranță vom reveni când se va mai ivi ocazia.

Am avut o experiență absolut senzațională la Hotel Insula din Neptun!.
Am fost cazați într-un apartament superb cu 3 dormitoare, extrem de spațios și primitor, unde ne-am simțit exact ca acasă încă din primul moment.
Punctul forte al acestei locații este, fără doar și poate, priveliștea de pe balcon. Să îți începi dimineața privind un lac superb, plin de nuferi înfloriți, lebede și o varietate minunată de păsări, este o adevărată terapie pentru suflet.
A fost un sejur frumos și liniștit, perfect pentru deconectare.
Deși pot exista mici detalii administrative inerente oricărui hotel, impresia generală a fost atât de copleșitoare și frumoasă, încât nimic nu a putut umbri această vacanță perfectă.
Recomand din tot sufletul pentru oricine caută confort și un peisaj de basm pe litoral!,
Cu siguranță vom reveni!.

A 2 szintes lakosztaly nagyon kenyelmes volt a csalad szamara .Nagyszeru hogy 2 furdo van ! Megvan minden ami fontos .Tagas tiszta es csodas a kilatas a tavirozsas tora .Szemelyzet nagyon kedves .Reggeli finom es friss bo valasztekkal.

Cons:

Nem volt lift...allitolag nem lett meg atadva , de segitettek a csomagok le es felhordasaban.

Great location, decent value for money
Pros:

Very clean common areas. Friendly staff and and great options for breakfast

Cons:

Room cleanliness has hit or miss. I had two cameras booked, one on the first floor and the other on the third floor, and cleanliness varied between the two, with the one on the third floor being a bit overlooked. Nothing major or deal breaking, but enough that I noticed
