Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, quartos bem aconchegantes e confortáveis. O destaque foi para o atendimento, muito profissional. Vale à pena para quem vai a Lages e busca conforto e custo-benefício.

Cons:

Única crítica foi o ar quente do meu quarto que não funcionou corretamente, na primeira noite ele fez um barulho e tive que desligar, e na segunda noite não esquentou corretamente; vale frisar que estava muito frio na cidade, mas fica a avaliação.
