Pohodlný příjemný hotel. Výborné snédaně, příjemná obsluha, super bazén a blízké krásné výhledy na oceán. Parkování auta přímo před vchodem do ubytování.

From the moment you are warmly greeted at reception until you leave you are very well looked after.
Staff constantly busy around the grounds keeping things tidy.
Restaurant/ breakfast staff all very attentive.
Wanted to eat healthy and could do with out a problem

I loved how friendly the staff were. From the very beginning of our trip, the staff could not do enough. They give us an upgrade, provided us with a late check out. The kindness was exceptional. Special shout out to Diogo in reception who done everything he could for us. The hotel are lucky to have staff like they do.

The location and outlook were ideal. It was quiet, relaxing and the perfect end to a long trip. I t was close to Albufeira town, in between Lagos & Portimao a Faro and Tavira, although a car is handy.

Our suite was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything one could need. The kitchen was extensive, complete with appliances and utensils, making it feel like a true home away from home. Having in-suite laundry was an added bonus and greatly appreciated.
The only minor hiccup during our stay was that our takeaway breakfast was missing. However, in true top-notch fashion, the Hotel Manager Antonio Ferreira handled the situation professionally and courteously. He was sincerely apologetic and promptly provided us with a credit, which was greatly appreciated.
Communication throughout our stay was excellent, and the level of customer service consistently exceeded our expectations.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at Hyatt Masana Algarve, and we cannot say enough positive things about both the property and the exceptional service.The level of customer service consistently exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is of beautiful design, rooms were large and very comfortable, immaculately clean. The staff were very attentive and asked for our feedback which was lovely. They were very quick to respond to any of our requests. The food at both restaurants was delicious and we are already planning to return back here next year!

This hotel and its location are absolutely magical. We stayed in a sea-view apartment, and waking up each morning to open the shutters and hear the sound of the waves was such a special experience.

Our apartment had two balconies — one upstairs and one downstairs — which made it perfect for our stay with our six-month-old baby. It was so convenient to return to the apartment for naps during the day, and in the evenings we loved relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine, listening to the waves and soaking in the atmosphere.

The apartments are incredibly spacious, and the décor is divine — effortlessly bougie in the best way. I had seen some reviews mentioning that the apartments were showing wear and tear, but I completely disagree. The maintenance is excellent, and everything felt very well cared for.

The landscaping throughout the resort is unbelievable and creates such a tranquil environment. The pool area is beautiful and, again, has that luxurious bougie feel. Breakfast was also of a very high standard.

The resort is also perfectly located — around a 10 minute walk from the local village, which has a small selection of bars and restaurants. We visited in April during the off-season, and the town was just beginning to come to life, which suited us perfectly.

One of the highlights for us was the beach access. The resort feels like it has its own private beach just a few steps down from the cliffside. Having the cliff walk right on the doorstep was also incredible, especially in the mornings. The views are breathtaking, and the whole area has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Finally, the staff delivered exactly what you would expect from a five-star Hyatt experience: warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and cannot wait to return.

Nous y avons séjourné en mai, saison idéale dans cet hôtel. Tout était vraiment parfait. Le personnel au petit soin, la qualité des prestations... Vraiment top! Et avec un enfant c'est parfait ! La piscine et la mer .... Le paradis!
