El tamaño de la hab y que tenía Kitchenet

Cons:

Habitación sucia. Nos dimos cuenta que detrás del sofá cama había mucha basura, envolturas de chips y otros productos, como si no se hubiera limpiado por ahí en meses. Luego abrimos el sofá cama para que pueda dormir mi hijo menor y el colchón estaba asqueroso, con pedazos de papel, envolturas y pelos regados por todo el colchón, fue desagradable. También nos dejaron la cafeteta con la cápsula sucia del huésped anterior. No la habían limpiado. Me dió mucho asco todo eso y le bajó toda la expectativa. Y por último, solo nos quedamos una noche, nos dieron habitación en un piso super elevado, mayor al 10, y se malogró el ascensor, era imposible bajar las 7 maletas por la escalera. Cuando llamamos para que nos ayuden nos respondieron que a esa hora no tenían personal para ayudar. Malísimo. Cuando bajé a hacer el check out, habían 2 recepcionistas atendiendo a un solo cliente, esperé un tiempo (aprox 5 minutos) y cuando le dije deseo hacer el checkout, me respodió de manera poco gentil, que debía seguir esperando.

Pros:

El hotel es lindo, completo, moderno y con muy buena atencion

Cons:

La ubicacion... en los alrededores estaba lleno de vagabundos.. y en vez de volver caminando del centro.. q era cerca.. tenia q pedir un uber para llegar directo al hotel... por la inseguridad..

the first time and last time i booking the hotel

In-room kitchen with necessary utensils, large room, coffee in the hotel lobby

Cons:

There was no room service, the trash was not emptied even once. There are cockroaches in the room (bathroom and kitchen), towels were changed after requesting five times. When complaining at the reception, the clerk named Eric did not even apologize. My wife forgot her glasses in the room, after a few days we discovered that the glasses were missing, we called the hotel to ask to check, no one returned (not by email, not by phone). I do not recommend the hotel.

Pros:

the hotel was actually very nice you have everything that you need in your room. the location was very convenient to where I needed to go. the only thing was parking.. it's $35 a day to park at their parking garage which actually is less than the meter parking however when I question the young man that check me in about the options he was very nonchalant about it like he could have been a little bit more informative about the options for street parking versus their parking I thought like he wasn't really informed or really didn't care the only thing that was wrong with the room was the lock was broken on the bathroom door and it was a pocket doors that made it difficult to close however I did tell them when I checked out and they apologize and said that they would have it fixed other than that the hotel was very clean the breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I've ever seen and the staff was friendly. overall it was a great value and I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.
although we did not use it.. the pool was quite large and really nice and still was the bar area
