the hotel was actually very nice you have everything that you need in your room. the location was very convenient to where I needed to go. the only thing was parking.. it's $35 a day to park at their parking garage which actually is less than the meter parking however when I question the young man that check me in about the options he was very nonchalant about it like he could have been a little bit more informative about the options for street parking versus their parking I thought like he wasn't really informed or really didn't care the only thing that was wrong with the room was the lock was broken on the bathroom door and it was a pocket doors that made it difficult to close however I did tell them when I checked out and they apologize and said that they would have it fixed other than that the hotel was very clean the breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I've ever seen and the staff was friendly. overall it was a great value and I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.
although we did not use it.. the pool was quite large and really nice and still was the bar area
This hotel was very clean and safety was not an issue. I loved the size of the room and the kitchenette.

All the soaps & lotions were out. No one bothered to fill it and the elevators took too long. Parking was very inconvenient.

Informed that we will arrive at 4, but then the room was not ready wen we came. The floor was wet from ac and .they transferred us to another room with a broken bathroom door lock and no ac panel control.
Nevertheless, our stay is fair,location and bfast was good..
The staff except for Eric was rude!!!!! But Shantel, Emily (I believe her name was) and Marquis was the bestttttt made our stay so special with their smiles!!!

Dated facility. In need of upgrade. On first full day of stay we had to walk down 14 floors of stairs because the elevator was down when we needed to leave the hotel. Room did not get cleaned until day three of trip.

Les recomendaría que el personal de recepción hable al menos un poquito el español para que la atención sea mejor. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente que al final fue superado.
