Falta más información sobre el transfer del aeropuerto al hotel. Pensamos que lo habíamos perdido porque llegamos a las 12 de la noche, y casi tomamos un taxi. Por suerte apareció el transfer antes de que el taxista arrancará. Pero fue suerte.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Holiday Inn Quito Airport
We had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn Quito Airport. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and extremely clean, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained.
The location is perfect if you’re traveling through Quito, especially because it’s so close to the airport. The airport transportation was also very convenient and made our arrival and departure much easier.
We also really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast. The food was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. What stood out the most was how friendly and attentive everyone was—they truly made us feel welcome.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito or needing a comfortable and convenient place near the airport. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

The entire hotel staff has been very helpful and accommodating for our stay this week. The food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding. Excellent quality and good portions. We also tried the breakfast and dinner buffets, which had plenty to choose from. Luis was exceptionally attentive to our needs while dining. Rooms are also very spacious and beds are quite comfortable. The crew outside our room was beautiful! Hotel is very close to the airport, which is super convenient.
Luis was so helpful with orders and suggestions! He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.
Melina and Erika provided 5 star service throughout our 7 day stay. Very professional, personal, and attentive.
When my wife told Melina she had been bitten on the foot ny a spider and had pain. Melina delivered a salt water soak to our room. She went above and beyond!
Luis, my server, was absolutely wonderful, kind, attentive and speedy! Gracias, Luis! The food at every meal has been fantastic, as well as all the servers. Exceptional hotel with impeccable service & staff. Highly recommend!
Amazing amenities, quiet, clean and spacious rooms, and delicious food. Very close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle. Our driver José Luis Santillán was timely and was a great help with our bags. Great view of Cotopaxi from the top floors and it was lovely sitting by the pool. We will certainly return back on our return trip.

Our stay and service at Holiday Inn Quito Airport was exceptional! All the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and wanted to make our stay just perfect and they exceeded all of our expectations!
The food was also amazing!! We ate at the bar several times and had Santiago as our bartender and he was so personable and kind to us. We would come back to Quito again just to come here, it was that good!
Santiago and the holiday inn express Quito is fantastic. We stayed 3 different time in 2 weeks and the entire staff is so friendly and prompt. I can say enough about the service we received from Santiago at the restaurant/ Bar. He is amazing
