Everything is very nice and clean, it is a very spacial shuttle and comfortable, and the service was very reliable and friendly by the dirver we got José Luis Santillán.
Excellent motel, great restaurant and service. Jose transferred us to the airport, polite and respectful.

El agua caliente no regula bien
We stayed at this Holiday Inn three separate times during our travels through Ecuador, and it is a convenient option right near the airport, especially if you are using it as a transit hub for the Amazon or the Galapagos like we did. The building felt new and was well-maintained and surprisingly quiet; even the rooms facing the main road blocked out the traffic noise, allowing us to get some rest between flights. The complimentary airport shuttle was awesome, and we never had to wait long after landing to get picked up and settled into our room. The only downside to our stay was the hotel's strict early check-in fee; even though the rooms were clearly ready and we were traveling with tired kids, they refused to waive the charge, which felt a bit rigid compared to standard hospitality practices elsewhere. That policy aside, if you need a clean, seamless, and comfortable spot to crash during quick Quito layovers, this hotel fits the bill perfectly.

Ubicación solo porque ibamos a una fiesta cerca.
Salimos del hotel a una fiesta a las 10 de la mañana y regresamos de la fiesta a las 7 de la noche. La habitación sin limpiar. Con lo agotados que estábamos tuvimos que esperar A ESA HORA para que nos limpiaran la habitación, TERRIBLE! En relación al precio me parece pésimo servicio.
Observación: No dejamos el letrero fuera de la puerta donde solo dice: descansando. No existe letrero de: Limpiar la habitación.
Al día siguiente al hacer el check-out la señora que estaba en recepción lo que nos ofreció fue ''bebida'' pidiendo disculpas. Justo al momento que nos íbamos al aeropuerto! Por supuesto no aceptamos.
Die Nähe zum Flughafen war für uns perfekt. Das Zimmer ist sauber, die Betten sehr bequem und die Fenster schalldicht. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker.
Die großen Lautsprecher und die laute Musik am Poolbereich habe ich als sehr störend und wenig erholsam empfunden.

We chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub… They look so nice online. However, that pool was packed from 8 AM to 8 PM with many children and families. I did not think that they were hotel guests. I know this hotel offers services to non-guests and I feel like we could not relax and enjoy the pool the entire time due to the sheer number of people that were out there. They also had some kind of a pool party gig where they were serving food and you could pay money for this buffet. But all the tables were reserved and the music was extremely loud so again you couldn’t really go down there. I think it was some kind of a holiday weekend perhaps and it’s not normally like this, but it was very disappointing for us. We really wanted to relax and have a quiet couple of nights and the only place we found that was locked in our room. It dampened our experience a lot.
