Pros:

The hotel was about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and as advertised, our room had a large window with a view of Mt. Fuji (when it was visible!) We also loved the rooftop terrace, which also had an amazing view. We were there for 2 nights, and we were able to see the mountain at dawn on one of the mornings. It was great to be able to do so from the comfort of our own room as dawn was at 4:30am. Our room was the largest of the trip and very comfortable.

hotel muy recomendable y estancia preciosa en Kawaguchico.
Pros:

Hotel muy cerca de la estación, a unos 10 minutos andando. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias, el servicio de limpieza es muy bueno, el personal es amable y el desayuno está muy bien.
Camas dobles amplias y cómodas.

El personal nos facilitó el transporte hasta la estación de tren y también hasta el teleférico. El señor de la van fue muy respetuoso, atento y amable. Tiene servicio hasta aproximadamente las 10 de la mañana y es gratuito.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. Sin duda, es un hotel totalmente recomendable.

Tienen servicio de alquiler de bicicletas.

Además, cerca del hotel hay una parada de autobús que recorre la zona del lago, con la que vimos todos los puntos importantes.Este bus rojo parte desde la estación de tren pero hay varias paradas en el trayecto. Se paga con la Suica También recomendamos el supermercado que hay cerca de la gasolinera, a pocos pasos del hotel.

El desayuno consta de dos opciones: un menú japonés o un sándwich completo acompañado de café, zumo y algo de fruta.

Antes de ir, una señorita de recepción, llamada Lola, nos facilitó mucha información y muy práctica y se lo agradecemos muchísimo.

En resumen, hotel muy recomendable y estancia preciosa en Kawaguchico.

El desayuno podría ser buffet, pero está correcto.

El hotel era maravilloso, el personal era encantador, estaba a 15 minutos de la estación de bus, el desayuno increíble y con unas vistas al monte Fuji inolvidables (si tienes suerte de que esté despejado) Volvería mil veces al hotel.

テレビが地デジしかなく見れる番組が少なくて残念だった。
Pros:

スタッフの方がとても親切だった。

Cons:

部屋にピーナッツのゴミが落ちていた。
朝食はとても美味しかったのですが子供の食事も大人と同じ内容だったので子供向けに工夫して欲しかった。
駐車場の説明がなかった。
