屋上からのロケーションだけはいい
Pros:

今回２回目の滞在ですが、ロケーションが良く、駅から１０分ほど歩きますが、屋上から富士山が綺麗に見れます。ホテルから朝にシャトルバスが３回あるので、駅までスーツケースを持って歩く必要がありません。

Cons:

前回はフロントの人がとても親切で最も印象深かったのですが、今回は日本語があまり話せない人だったので、バスマットが部屋になく、フロントに伝えに行ったときに何を言ってるかわかりにくかったです。前回は朝食のおいしさに感動しましたが、今回は少々メニューに変更があり、味は結構落ちていました。テーブルクロスは前日のままでシミがついていました。部屋はバスマットもなければお茶もなかったです。写真にはお茶があったのですが、清掃の人が置き忘れたのでしょうか。

Ok but great view
Pros:

Location and view of Mount Fuji on the terrasse.

Cons:

Ugly room and bathroom. Bath was blocked resulting in water rising at the bottom when I took a shower. Very humid and smelly in the room. Breakfast was a sandwich (tuna or egg) with 2 pieces of fruit and a yogurt.

We did laundry. It took forever to dry (30 min to wash and 2h30 to dry). Resulting in 2000 yen for 2 small loads.

Fujikawaguchiko was a nice relaxing and picturesque place to visit
Pros:

This hotel was in a good location to explore the area by local bus and had a perfect rooftop view of Mount Fuji

Cons:

Some of the staff could improve their people skills

très belle vue .
Pros:

petit déjeuner correct , chambre spacieuse avec tatamis et vue sur le mont fuji.
très belle terrasse au dernier étage pour apprécier la vue et se détendre.
Parking gratuit très bien.

Cons:

rien , parfait au vue du prix et de nos attentes

A good stay, but several points of improvement
Pros:

Spacious, clean room. The hotel was at a walkable distance from several restaurants. Very kind staff.

Cons:

I thought the price was high for what you get. Stuff is a bit outdated, no smart tv. The dryer in the laundry is very bad. The breakfast only has 3 options. What I didn’t like most is that you have to pay to rent bicycles, and that the price is higher than most competitors. If anything, you should make sure your guest get the best deal

A clean, welcoming and comfortable place in a perfect location, with wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere
Pros:

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the whole place felt comfortable and inviting. Everything was clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and varied, and the facilities and services were excellent. The location is perfect, close to many attractions and very convenient when traveling with children. Although the weather was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, the view from our window and the overall atmosphere were still beautiful and very special.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay and everything worked well for us.
