Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is excellent, with the tram station only 1–2 minutes away on foot, making it very easy to get around the city and visit the main attractions.
A special thanks to the hosts, Tarek and Kemel, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day.

Cons:

The only downside was the construction work taking place nearby, which occasionally caused some noise. However, this was completely outside of the hotel's control and did not affect the quality of service we received.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. Un bon petit déjeuner. Merci beaucoup à Kamal pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Cons:

La salle de bain était pas très propre. Elle était mal nettoyé du coup y’avait de la moisissure. C’est dommage car c’est le seul bémol que j’ai trouvé.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas séjourné dans cet hôtel car la chambre était trop petite (selon moi!), trop parfumée. De plus, il y avait malheureusement des travaux dans la rue. Tout cela n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel et il s'agit de critères important pour moi, pas pour tout le monde. J'ai donc préféré chercher un autre établissement.

Great location, great staff, great value
Pros:

Great location. Staff were there 24/7 and couldn't be more helpful

(except when they said they could organise a taxi, not their fault, I didn't even use their taxi but they should have said to use Uber, I'm telling everyone I know to use Uber in Istanbul. I should have taken down the taxi drivers license, they just doubled the price halfway through the trip because I was from Australia)

Cons:

The staff could have told me to only book taxis via Uber. If you don't book by Uber the taxi drivers will charge double. Don't risk it! Always book on Uber. The taxis were the worst part of Istanbul, very dishonest and I kind of don't want to visit Istanbul again because of 2 taxi drivers when I was in a rush and didn't use Uber
