Brand new hotel, good facilities. Good breakfast. comfortable place to stay
It's a bit far from center of town, but at the same time it's right by the Osh Bazaar and plenty of buses go nearby, so it's no problem.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had everything you could need. It was neat and clean.
While showering water starts leaking from the bottom onto the bathroom floor, the bathroom plumbing needs to be fixed.
Location - both developed and old area, interesting peoplewatching. Helpful and kind staff with many suggestions of where to go.

The bathroom had a leakage and the walls had soap and hair on them.
It was clean overall. The staff prepared us breakfast to go, as we had an early flight.
I booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but the 2 rooms were prepared for 2 people, we needed to asked for extra towels. Additionaly, we confirmed the arrival time from 5:00 pm, upon arrival at around 6:00 pm one of the rooms was still not ready. One of the rooms had no air conditioning and no shower doors which caused great inconvenience.
The airport transfer at this hotel costs 2 times more than the most expensive taxi offer, definitely not worth it.

The room and facilities were good value for the price. However, there was an incident as we were leaving the hotel. We were waiting for our private tour guide to pick us up, standing right in front of the hotel, when a person who appeared to be drunk approached us and tried to say hello, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. A staff member from the hotel quickly came out, handled the situation professionally, and even closed the gate around the hotel for our safety. That was truly a thoughtful and reassuring gesture. We really appreciated their care and quick response.

The rooms are outdated compared to the photos.
The showerdoor was missing, which caused the bathroom to flood if we took a shower. We didn’t have towels, so we had to ask the reception.
The window was broken, could not close.
They don’t offer early breakfast if you have an earlier flight dan the breakfasthours.
Overal compared to the other hotel in Bishkek we visited, we found the price/ quality a bit off.
