Location
Guest Reviews
It was clean and in a good location.
Location. Had a handicap for my mom.
First off the one room smelled like a dog had been in there and dog hair was on the chair and couch. Secondly the guy at front desk lied to me about getting my incidental money back that night back to my card. One room tv didn’t work had to be replaced.
The space was comfortable and clean. The indoor pool was perfect.
Clean
Someone walk in on my husband and I during sex at 9 -10 when checking out is at 11 and we also had the pad on the door they still walked in.
There was a burnt hole in the carpet the size of a apple and the phone didn't work
The convenience in location.
The elevators did not work the entire time I was there.
The location had everything I needed, Stove, Full Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer.
The only negative was that one of the elevators was out of order.
24/7 free laundry, bet was comfy and decent shower
Candlewood is attached to the Holiday Inn- pool entrance didn’t work and the hours for the pool were limited.
“Live music and restaurant” was more a bar with a DJ that started at 9pm on Sat
Kitchen was nice
The staff was very helpful even though they had some struggles
The computer system was new and not working so check in no keys available and when I went out I needed to be walked to my room to be let in
Parking and overall access to building entrance
The accommodations were excellent. The room amenities and set up were outstanding! Rooms were immaculately clean.
There were only 2 negatives:
1. The hallways were not vacuumed and the same wrappers and food pieces were there for my entire stay.
2. Parking lot is kind of difficult and finding the main entrance isn’t easy.
