A hone away from home.
Pros:

We are met with friendly and even willing to help staffs. Our experience was when we are not able to connect to the TV at night, the staff at the counter follow us immediately to the room to fix for us. Recommending what to eat or visit was another plus point.

Habitación grande con una cama súper cómoda. El baño también muy bien. Trato excelente!!!

Central location, affordable, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Nice quaint boutique-y heritage hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. Rooms are simple and functional. Staff are exceptionally friendly and will give recommendations on what to eat and where to go.

Cons:

Towels have a stale sweaty smell. Parking is limited.

Pros:

Hotel moderno con dispensador de agua en zonas comunes muy útil.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño tenía una fila de hormiguitas que iban de un perchero al otro.No nos quejamos porque tanto a mí pareja como a mí nos dan igual este tipo de bichitos pero entiendo que en un hotel como este no debería de pasar.

There's complimentary private parking at the property with paid street parking available just in front of the property. The location is also within walking distance to lots of local street food eateries that Penang is well-known for.

Very comfortable, friendly staff and great location.
Pros:

Very comfy beds, lovely room and super clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful and provided maps/recommendations for food places which was much appreciated! Perfect location for walking around Penang or using Grabs to get further afield/to the airport. Had a really great time and would strongly recommend.

One of the most enjoyable stays in Malaysia
Pros:
