Pros:

Le style de l’hébergement. Le confort de la literie et de la chambre.
L'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes. Le petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Possibilité de diner, menus "Norvégiens" bien servis, d'un trés bon rapport qualité prix. (Petit coucou au chien adorable de la maison).

Wir erhielten ein sehr schönes Zinmer. Unsere Präferenzen wurden sehr gut beachtet. Schöne Anlage. Frühstück war gut. Restaurant ist schön und heimelig eingerichtet.

A delightful oasis
Pros:

What a lovely place…you can purchase dinner when you arrive tired and hungry, the room was large, clean and parking right out the front. Staff friendly and bed comfortable.

A traditional hotel for travellers
Pros:

Friendly hostess, interesting old building with many old objects and furnishings, good and varied breakfast without being overwhelming. The bathroom was tiled with slate, an attractive feature presumably using locally produced stone (I recommend viewing the church at Dombås, 12 km to the north). Apart from the adjoining camp site this is probably a typical resting place for long distance travelers between Trondheim and Oslo. I have stayed there twice, both times in autumn, but the adjacent river may be refreshing on a hot summer day (consult reception before trying to swim in the river!).

Cons:

Guests should be prepared for the comparative isolation of the hotel, there is not all that much to do in the evening. Dinner is served until 19:30, if you are late you should stop on the way and eat.
