Pros:

Está cerca de todo en puerto de la.cruz, instalaciones nuevas, terraza con piscina con muy buenas vistas, el buffet desayuno top. Volvería sin duda un acierto de estancia.

Это хорошая локация. Просторное здание. Просторные номера. Весьма неплохой завтрак. Холодильник в номере. Кондиционер (работает не во всех номерах). Горячая вода. Отличная терраса. Хороший бармен. Прекрасное оформление холла. Отель бы мог быть фаворитом среди отелей центра Пуэрто-де-ля-Круз, если бы не его недостатки, которые сложно устранить. Тем не менее, останавливайтесь здесь без предубеждения. Все будет вполне неплохо.

Cons:

Все, что происходит на террасе, слышно у вас в номере. Пьяные клиенты и персонал говорят так громко, что спать нельзя. На замечания не реагирует ни персонал бара террасы,ни персонал ресепшн. Персонал груб и на любое замечание реагирует агрессивно. На стойке ресепшен, практически, никогда никого нет. Нужно ждать и ждать долго, когда персонал вернётся с "перекура". Убирают ужасно. Стекла, зеркала - все грязное. Пол и тот моют плохо. Позволяют себе недопустимое: вошли в номер и вынули карточку электрики, а тем самым выключили кондиционер. Это недопустимо. В номерах нет ничего, кроме туалетной бумаги и полотенец. Две бутылки воды выдаются разово. Набрать воду в бутылку из фильтр-машины во время завтрака - запрещено. Но главное - невозможно спать из-за шума, производимого самим отелем. Кроме этого, само здание отеля. Лучше не смотреть на первый этаж совсем. Там пустующие помещения и разруха. Крайне неприятно.

Un soggiorno memorabile
Pros:

Hotel molto pulito e accogliente, arredamento moderno. Camera molto silenziosa, anche se sulla corte interna non dà per niente un senso di claustrofobia. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione e aperitivo meravigliosi sulla terrazza dell'hotel vista mare, staff eccezionale, gentile e disponibile, un grazie particolare a Edmondo per la sua gentilezza. Posizione super centrale, a 1 minuto a piedi dal porto e a 5 minuti a piedi dal grande parcheggio gratuito vicino all hotel. Non si può chiedere di meglio. Tornerò sicuramente

Très bel hôtel
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable, très belle salle de bain.
Petits-déjeuners très copieux et variés.
Hôtel idéalement placé, tout près du grand parking gratuit et situé dans le centre-ville.
Accueil tres agréable, personnel très sympathique.

Jestem zadowolona, że wybrałam właśnie ten hotel. Wróciłabym do niego ponownie :)

Śniadania na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Lokalizacja hotelu. Czystość i brak karaluchów :)

Volveremos!!
Pros:

La habitación era grandisima( la de sin terraza).
Desayuno variado todos los dias.
La ubicación aun siendo centrica era en una calle peatonal y no habia el tumulto que podias encontrar 2 calles mas abajo.
Llegada desde el aeropuerto en bus, ( gua gua) sin necesidad de taxi.
Y las vistas desde la terraza del desayuno mirando al Teide impresionantes.
El personal muy amable, nos dejarón guardar las maletas tanto antes como dedespues de dejar la habitación.
