Hotel céntrico, cómodo para disfrutar de la isla
Pros:

Personal muy atento desde los recepcionistas hasta las camareras del restaurante. Personal de mantenimiento, limpiadoras de las habitaciones
Buffet del desayuno muy completo y bueno.
El rooftop un sitio ideal para pasar un buen rato al terminar la tarde. Vistas, tranquilidad, un sitio de paz y relax

Cons:

Realmente no hubo nada que no me gustara. Lo único que si que comento es que según la camarera que hacía la habitación estaba muy bien o no tan bien.
La piscina me pareció un poquito pequeña, pero la realidad es que no había más sitio, pero para refrescarse un poquito estaba muy bien. Lo de la piscina es un comentario por poner alguna pega, porque la realidad es que al estar todo el día de excursión sólo la usaba para refrescarme un poquito antes de ir a la habitación a ducharme y relajarme

Schönes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Puerto de la Cruz
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut sodass man alles in der Nähe gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und mit allem was man braucht bestens ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Auf der Dachterasse kann man morgens frühstücken und abends ein Getränk von der Bar genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist großzügig und für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal des Hotels ist stets freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit. Insbesondere den Barkeeper an der Hotelbar haben wir sehr ins Herz geschlossen und er zauberte uns jeden Abend feine Getränke. Alles in allem ist es also sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Leider wurden unsere Betten während unseres Aufenthalts nie frisch bezogen und wir hatten von Anfang an Flecken auf unserem Leintuch.
