Todo. Aunque no tiene parking, no nos costo aparcar en los alrededores. El desayuno no lo reservamos, pero desayunamos muy bien en la misma plaza en la que se encuentra el hotel.

Cons:

Nos alojaron a en el anexo sin servicios junto a la iglesia cuando en mi reserva ponía con vistas a la iglesia.
Habia que bajar y subir escalones para llegar a la habitación.
Tuvimos que negarnos y nos cambiaron al efificio principal.
A la pousada no se puede llegar en coche tuvimos que llevar el equipaje hasta alli, luego al anexo, y nuevamente al edificio principal como debiera haber sido desde el principio.
Tuvimos que desayunar en el patio con frio poerque teniamos una pequeña mascota.
Se permite dormir y se cobra recargo y en cambio no se puede desayunar con ella debajo de la mesa cuando hace frio.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Amazing location, great people at the reception. So friendly and took great care of us.
Beautifull hotel with several (small) pools. A beautifull breakfast.

Cons:

Would be nice if the breackfast could have been eaten outside.
There was one staff member (with a keyshane around his neck) who was so arrogant, he acted like the hotel was his.
A big contrast to all the friendly people working there. Also the people in the kitchen where so nice to everybody and had a nice laugh. But the guy with the beard and keychane ... Remove him from the breakfast because you could see he had a vibe towards his collegues and the customers. Let him feel important somewhere else.

We had a lovely stay at Pousada Vila Real Santo António. The hotel has a beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location in the heart of Vila Real de Santo António was fantastic, making it easy to explore the town, enjoy the local restaurants and cafés, and take in the atmosphere of the area. The rooms were comfortable, the property was charming, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful courtyard and the overall relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts too. Would love to come back.

Nothing comes to mind. We really enjoyed our stay.
