Pros:

Расположение идеальное. Больше всего нам понравился персонал! Помогли и с отправкой велосипеда и с отправкой очков, что я забыл. С отеля очень удобно добираться до вокзала, большой разнообразный вкусный завтрак.

总体还可以，但是因为只入住一晚就不给瓶装水属实让人不太愉快
Pros:

地理位置方便，就在车站旁边，卫生比较干净，洗衣机也比较多

Cons:

入住时间较晚（下午三点），作为人均一晚 10000-12000 日元不含早餐的酒店，居然连瓶装水都不提供。

最高なホテル
Pros:

アメニティの充実　清潔感のある部屋　凄く綺麗
アクセスが良く観光やショッピングなどどこに行くにも便利な立地

Cons:

エレベーターが少ないのでチェックアウト時は中々エレベーターが乗れず

Great quality, great price
Pros:

Great location, close to the train and all tram lines as well as the bus terminal. Beds were comfortable, shower was super strong and room layout is well thought out. The view from both the room and the 12th floor lounge were really nice. The public bath is also very nice.

Situé à la gare, cet hôtel est très pratique. En plus le confort des lits est vraiment un plus. Le personnel est très sympathique. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Clean, neat, comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We didn't have breakfast, but there were free toiletries available, which would have been nice had we needed it.

Cons:

I have no complaints about the hotel. It was quite far from town, but it was very well situated for taking the train.

Excellent location and great staff. Handy to all of Hakodate
Pros:

Perfect location connected to the JR station. Bus connections right there. Comfortable room, good soft bed

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. This is my third stay at this hotel and if I come back to Hakodate I will stay here again.
