最高のロケーション！
Pros:

・スタッフが親切で温かい接客ができる。
・プールが整備されていて気持ち良い。
・部屋が広めで照明に工夫もあり雰囲気が良い。

Good location
Pros:

Good room size. The (small) infinity pool.
Breakfast really good value.

Cons:

Staff in restaurant area really nice, at reception it seemed they were there without their heart being there.

Great Improvement!
Pros:

I recently had a staycation at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre with my family. After an unpleasant experience during my stay in 2024, I decided to give the hotel another chance, and I'm so glad I did.

I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable improvement in service across all departments. From the moment we arrived until check-out, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. We were served welcome drinks during check-in, which was a lovely touch.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Ms. Rekha from the Front Desk was warm, friendly, and professional, making us feel at ease right away. Our room was clean and well maintained, and Mr. Tonmoy from Housekeeping was courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I especially loved the steamed purple sweet potatoes—a simple but memorable highlight!

I truly appreciate the tremendous improvement in both service and hospitality since my visit two years ago. It's wonderful to see the hotel's commitment to enhancing the guest experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such an enjoyable one! I look forward to returning again.

Excellent service at Holiday Inn JBCC
Pros:

The staff are friendly especially the front desk check in, very helpful and the security also very helpful.

Great stay! Ajay the parking attendant/security was extremely polite and helpful that made the stay ever more pleasant. Hotel staff was attentive and welcoming. Great room and very convenient. Will definitely come back

Mini Hi-Tea Buffet
Pros:

I attended the hi-tea buffet two days in a row and found that the menu was different each day. I was highly satisfied with the variety of food, and the taste perfectly met my expectations.My first visit was with my friends, and everything went so smoothly. Because of that wonderful experience, I decided to return the very next day with my family.

Unfortunately, my second visit was highly disappointing due to the poor service at the cashier counter. Upon arrival, I had to wait for about 10 minutes because the cashier (a lady wearing a black blouse) was on a phone call. She eventually asked a colleague to assist. A waiter named Haziq approached us, asked if we had a booking, and successfully guided us to our table after I confirmed our online reservation.
The real issue occurred after our meal when I went back to the counter to collect my receipt. I was deeply disappointed by the cashier's unprofessional attitude and the way she questioned me:
False Accusation: She accused me of failing to register at the counter upon arrival. I explained to her that Haziq had assisted us because she was busy on the phone when we arrived.

Inappropriate Questioning: She aggressively questioned the age of my child, who is under 6 years old. As a practicing Muslim who strictly adheres to halal and haram principles, I found her tone and the way she interrogated me highly offensive and disrespectful.

System Ignorance: She demanded that I check my bank account on the spot to see if the payment had been deducted. I made my reservation online and do not know how your backend system works. There were no such issues the day before. As a staff member, she should understand the hotel's system instead of unprofessionally forcing a guest to verify transaction records at the counter.

Lengthy Review, But Worth the Read! ♡
Pros:

We just checked out after our 4-day holiday (a birthday trip for our child), and the only word I can use to describe our stay is: AMAZING! ♡

At first, I thought the hotel would be small, but I was pleasantly surprised—it was spacious, beautiful, and absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 young child).

We chose the birthday package, and everything was decorated so beautifully, complete with a lovely cake. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for making it so special! 🥹

I'm a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so when I say the room was spotless and well-organized, I truly mean it. Every staff member we met was polite, kind, proactive, and provided excellent service. We were even offered complimentary drinks while waiting to check in, which was such a thoughtful touch after our journey.

The view from our room was beautiful and kept the kids happily entertained. And the breakfast buffet? Absolutely delicious! We looked forward to it every morning and left with full, happy tummies. 🥰

This was one of the most satisfying and memorable short trips we've ever had, and it's all thanks to the wonderful team at Holiday Inn. Thank you for making our stay so special. ♡

Its close to the checkpoint aswell.. Recommend for families with young children. We'll definitely be back in a few months!
