love it for its location offering convenient access to city square and komtar, and the comfortable room size
we realised we left something in the room immediately after checking out (we were still at the lobby) and requested for reception to help. they called the housekeeping team but was informed it couldn't be found. it wasn't anything valuable but it was a memorabilia from another trip so it was disappointing.

Breakfast is not bad only that the beef n chicken sausages they put in one pot so for those not taking beef have to share the same tings n the place is pretty warm,aircon not strong.
The lift to the guest room you have to transfer at level 8,aircon in the breakfast area is not strong,my connecting room one of the room is not ready by the check in time 3pm and they will came to clean up at 3plus which is not acceptable n they charge me rm50 per night for securing the room but didnt give me the room on time.
Mr Nazrin and Marde and team from the restaurant will very helpful and friendly.
A bit disappointed we waited about 40 minutes for the food.
However the asam pedas warisan dish set was so delicious 😋

the convenience of the hotel, its just next to Komtar and City Square, and the room is comfortable. Kids loved the room, and breakfast.
all is good except for the pillows, they were too soft to our liking.

There is no wheelchair friendly facilities like lift access direct from JB sentral train station though is near. Escalator is dangerous. My brother got bruise when dad wheelchair fell on him when we going down Komatar mall from the link bridge
