I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, motels, air bnbs, and this is the worst experience and quality.
Cons:

Management, attitude when entering, and bad attitude when I revisited to ask for cleaning service. Never received a cleaning either.

Pros:

After having made the reservation and telling the man I wouldn’t arrive until after 9 due to me waiting for my son to get there to pack his car for me. So when I arrived finally I had no place to go and they took money from me and I have ask many times for refund. Then I was stuck In a parking lot with men bout falling down the road on drugs and then while trying to find a place to go ems and fire trucks come pulling in to run a overdose

London was disrespectful as hell was not compromising at all! After spending 1 week of money there then another month of money there he knocks on my uncles handicap door 30minutes til to tell him the police will be called if he doesn’t pay within 30 minutes, mind you he is handicap in a wheelchair and I have been taking care of him as a busy woman I didn’t realize the bill was due, I called to pay over phone he/she wouldn’t let me pay it or take my card over the phone. After I’ve been up there 2 times twice by face and paid and the card should have been saved on file. I lived 50 minutes away in Anderson and told them that I was on the way to come pay because money WAS NOT AN ISSUE! Told me I had 30 minutes to get there or police would still be called and that it sounded like a personal problem because I couldn’t make it in time by 6:30! I called my uncle and told him to pack his stuff we wouldn’t spend ANOTHER DOLLAR WITH THESE PEOPLE !! Esp not being paid to London treating customers like that. The rooms also have roaches in them and the online picture is NOT HOW THE ROOMS TRULY LOOK! I don’t even leave reviews but considering I had to drive 50 minutes pack up all my uncles things load him and his wheelchair up we got on out of there because we will not spend our money somewhere to be treated like after spending spending $2,000 for the 1 week stay in a double bed and then a month stay in a handicap! London SUCKS !! Disappointing and disrespectful not helpful at all.
