Pros:

I've stayed at many hotels but I was really impressed at the attention to detail and care of the service staff here. From the porter waiting for our car to arrive and greeting us by name, to a packed picnic breakfast for our early morning airport departure. Even the room cleaner noticed that I washed some personal items and left me laundry detergent the next day without me asking. Location is superb, conveniently connected to the mall and an easy walk along the river to the Instagram-famous Hongya Caves. The room and facilities are top notch clean. Truly 5 star.

Outstanding!
Pros:

It was a bit of a splurge and worth it. This hotel is absolutely stunning and gorgeous. The location is wonderful, right at the confluence of the two rivers and easily accessible by Metro from the train station. The room was spotlessly cleaning., luxurious and fantastic. The variety and selection of breakfast offers was amazing. Highly recommended.

Luxury hotel, great location, amazing views, really comfortable rooms and beds.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, in an amazing location. Staff are doing their best to make your stay as perfect as it can be. Beds were really comfortable and the view is spectacular.

Cons:

Like every hotel so far in China, wifi is weak at best in the room. Puzzling in this day and age, especially for a hotel of this caliber.
