Best hotel in Chongqing
Pros:

Location is amazing. Staff super attentive and English speaking very good. Restaurants very good. Exterior bar is great. Gym good enough. Enjoyed a lot!!

Cons:

Interior materials and finished are not high level (taps and faucets, fake stones, cheap model of Toto WC) but we are builders so we are picky in this. Other people may not notice :)

O hotel é lindíssimo, hall elegante e clean. A localização não poderia ser melhor, o staff é de uma agilidade e simpatia impressionante. Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis com banho excelente, enxoval de primeira linha, amenities de ótima qualidade. Fazem de tudo para que você se sinta confortável e providenciam o que falta imediatamente. Café da manhã maravilhoso num espaço agradável diferente e lúdico com opções ocidentais. Possui vários restaurantes e bares.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful.
First of all the staff does a great job at treating you like royalty, they are always ready to help you
The room was awesome, the view was fantastic, the mattress, pillows and linen made you feel like you were in a cloud. Very soothing and peaceful
The swimming pool and jacuzzi are great
Everything is spotless and the smell in the elevator is soft and luxurious.
And finally the food, it is delicious. I chose the lounge option and it is fantastic. It is like having three great meals per day. The Lemon pie and the eggs benedict were my favourite.

The location is excellent, directly connected to a shopping mall, with plenty of activities nearby. The hotel is luxurious and offers beautiful river views. The surroundings are lovely, the service is outstanding, and the breakfast is excellent.

Great location, beautiful views, friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to buy online tickets for an event but it was only possible with a Chinese phone number. We were very grateful that one of the staff could help us. We also enjoyed the fine dining Chinese restaurant.

Cons:

One drawback of the Classic Room with Two Double Beds is that the beds are genuine double beds rather than queen-sized beds. For a family, this can be quite limiting. We had one child in one bed and two adults sharing the other, and the bed felt noticeably cramped. Given the room category and the family-friendly positioning of the hotel, queen-sized beds would have made the room far more comfortable for families travelling with older children or teenagers.

Un soggiorno semplicemente eccezionale. L’InterContinental Chongqing è un hotel bellissimo, elegante e curato in ogni dettaglio, situato all’interno di quello che è probabilmente il palazzo più iconico della città: una posizione davvero spettacolare, che rende l’esperienza ancora più memorabile.

Le camere sono splendide, confortevoli e con una vista incredibile su Chongqing. Ogni ambiente trasmette lusso, modernità e grande attenzione al dettaglio.

Ciò che però ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stato lo staff: una gentilezza impareggiabile, sempre disponibile, professionale e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti accolti e assistiti in modo impeccabile dall’inizio alla fine.

Un hotel meraviglioso, in una location unica, con un servizio di livello altissimo. Assolutamente consigliato: una delle migliori esperienze alberghiere che si possano vivere a Chongqing.
