Good continental breakfast. Friendly staff. A new and clean hotel.
The light in the bathroom automatically shut off too frequently causing darkness difficulty in the shower. I asked to have them look at it through a text. It did not get fixed , nor did I get another follow up text.

Room key did not work. Breakfast was terrible. Room temperature hard to control. No bar soap in bathroom.

In the evenings there is only one staff member in the building; to watch the desk, run housekeeping requests, take breaks. I feel bad for them and I think it is a safety issue
New, Clean, Bright
My reservation was cancelled six hours before we were due to arrive. I was notified by email. Thank goodness I looked at my email when I did.
Called the hotel and they told me I was “bumped” due to over booking. I had made the reservation on June 9th. I was left to try to find rooms for 12 people on very short notice for a family wedding. No help or even an apology.
Close to everything I was there for.
This is the second time I stayed there, both time the room was not clean. First time was worse, it was the floors, hair in the shower etc. I asked to be moved and they did. This time it was mainly the floor being dirty. I stayed in the room but did report it to the front desk.
Newer property and easy access to my daughter’s home / neighborhood.
The electric shade-curtain in my room deployed down but would not open to allow daylight in the room.

Some maintenance was needed. My son stayed on the 3rd floor & complained of sewer smell through out the hall.
The public bottle water filler was clogged and the filter red led indicated it was in need of a new filter.
Trash cans we over flowing out front of the hotel.
The location was perfect for me. Close to the customer I was attending. It is also very near of few restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities around the place. The inconvenience, but not related to the hotel, is that there was a major renovation on the surrounding avenues.
The breakfast could have more options and my room was not cleaned during my staying. It was not clear for me during the check-in if I had to request my room to be cleaned. My recommendation is to have it clear to the guest during the check-in moment.
