Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service and the Best Breakfast of Our Vietnam
Pros:

We travelled throughout Vietnam and stayed in several five-star hotels, but this property exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Sa Pa town centre, and everything advertised in the description accurately reflects the property. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and homely as possible. Their genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.

The breakfast was simply the best we experienced during our entire trip to Vietnam. There was an excellent selection of fresh, delicious food, and the quality was exceptional.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its customer service. After we checked out, the staff kindly allowed us to freshen up before our journey back to Hanoi. They also provided us with complimentary snacks and bottled water for the trip. This thoughtful gesture perfectly reflects the outstanding level of care they show their guests.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sa Pa and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Bien situé, propre avec du personnel de qualité !
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, sa localisation et la propreté des équipements. Le personnel était très attentionné et nous a dépanné tant à notre arrivée tôt le matin qu’à notre départ tard en fin de journée. C’était parfait !
Le déjeuner était copieux avec plusieurs choix.
Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Little Gem in Sapa.
Pros:

Everything!Beautiful rooms with a comfy bed,pillows and toiletries.The staff were also very attentive and helpful.They gave us advice about places to visit and activities to do and helped us with tickets for the Fansipan express.Moana Sapa is literally around the corner from the hotel!Breakfast was also good and served with a smile every morning.They were also kind enough to store our luggage for us as we only left at 22h00 and allowed us to use their extra shower downstairs to freshen up before our trip.The guy at reception even gave each of us a cup of tea while we were sitting in their lobby area to pass the time.:)
