Pros:

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit dans cet hôtel, mais très bien très bien situés. Les équipements sont là et un hôtel de qualité avec du personnel à la hauteur. Je vous le recommande c’est un très bel hôtel.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with stunning views. Must stay!
Pros:

Wow! If you’re looking for where to stay in Sa Pa this should be your first choice! Upon arriving we were greeted by the most beautiful staff who gave us a free room upgrade to a gorgeous mountain view suite (thank you again!). The room was clean, bed was super comfy and the amenities were great. The view from our balcony was just gorgeous and only a short walk from some good food (recommended by the staff) and all of the shopping and activities at your fingertips. When my husband and I checked out, the staff had put together a bag with food and drink for our bus ride back to Hanoi which was just so thoughtful and appreciated! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this stay!

The office boy Mr Lenh was so helpful and did all he could do for us. I highly recommend him and hopefully his boss appreciate’s him.

Cons:

The towels were super thin and grey which made them look dirty. Also sheets were not ironed so was a little unsure if they were clean.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and we really appreciated that they provided an ironing set.

The location is very convenient, with Moana Sapa and Sun Plaza just a short walk away. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help whenever we needed anything.

We’re glad we found this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Cons:

This is not something we didn’t like, just a small suggestion. It would be nice to have an extra chair in the room when more than one person is staying, so guests can sit comfortably without needing to use the bed.

Pros:

The room was wonderful and had very nice attention to detail. The view was amazing (we had the fifth floor). The staff is very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was filling, you had a choice of 2 dishes from a pretty long menu in addition to buffet of fruits, yogurt and such. All in all nothing to complain about, we had a very lovely stay and would stay again!

Pros:

The hotel offers a pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The property is stylish, clean, and well maintained. The room was well arranged and provided everything needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were courteous, and in particular the young man at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful, which left a very positive impression.

Cons:

The rooms lack proper soundproofing, which made it difficult to rest, especially with construction work next door starting as early as 06:30. Additionally, I was charged an extra 3% for paying by card, a cost that ideally should be handled between the hotel and Booking.com rather than passed on to guests.

Pros:

It was amazing!! They helped us with everything, location close to everything, nice clean rooms and incredible staff!! When we left they helped us with late checkout without any issue and even gave us some food for the sleeper!

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we even extended it.

A huge thank you to the reception team: Lucy, Jimmy and Lenh. They made everything feel effortless. Thanks to them, we were able to get discounted tickets to most tourist attractions, they patiently answered all our questions, and when we were leaving, they even prepared a little takeaway bag with snacks and water. Such a small detail, but it meant a lot and perfectly reflects how caring and genuine they are.

The location is just perfect: peaceful and away from the city noise, yet only 10 minutes from the center and around 5 minutes from Moana Café. The view from the room is honestly stunning! Waking up and seeing beautiful mountains from the window felt special every time.

The rooms are cozy, spotless, and smell amazing, which made it feel even more comfortable and relaxing. What we really appreciated is the atmosphere - no crowds, very calm, and perfect if you’re looking for privacy and a quiet escape.

We’re writing this review because this place truly deserves to be discovered by more people. Highly recommend!!!

The staff gave us bananas, bread and water bottles before our trip to Hanoi. They are the sweetest!
Pros:

The location is perfect. 2 min walk to Moana. IT was funny we booked grab car for it. We were embarrased. HAHAHA
