Location and the people!
Had to leave for airport early. Wish breakfast was available earlier.
Location is great, easy to get in and out of town. Close to convenience stops like a Walgreens, as well. Airplane noise didn't really bother me.
The water fountain filter hadn't been changed in a while, it seemed, as it was flashing red. The only other option was buying a bottle of water which I really didn't want to do. Would love more not-meat options for breakfast other than eggs!

Location for us was great as we had a super early check in at the Airport. Comfortable bed. Very nice check in with super friendly staff. Love the ihome mirrors in the bathrooms!

I liked that the property was very modern. I love a glass shower! And the bed was soo comfortable! I liked how the pillows were labeled as firm and soft! The little details like that made my stay unique.
The shower could have been a little bit more clean. There was foreign hair in the shower before I used it. The airplanes flying over the hotel were like an additional alarm clock as well lol but i felt like that was a given because it's an airport hotel.
The Refund
That they had no backup generator. They could not check us into our room because they could not create a key. If the had a backup generator I would not have had to sleep in my car.
The coffee good, and you can get coffee anytime of the day
I didn't like the fact that the airplanes from airport flying to low over the hotel. Pay for parking ,and construction worker loud while trying to sleep
Bed was comfortable .
The noise from the construction site next door and breakfast could have more options.

These was hair that wasn't mine all over the room and towels. So cleanliness was lacking
We didn't get in until late so we really don't have too much to say about the hotel, but as far as the check-in process, it was super easy and considering it was a late check-in due to a concert they were very accommodating. We initially thought we were going to get a king suite with a king bed and a pull-out couch when we booked but were delightfully surprised to find out we were getting two queen beds which was perfect. Check out process was also easy.
We may have missed it but we didn't really see a lot of breakfast options and you could hear airplanes in the morning. It didn't bother us. It actually helped wake us up in the morning to get ready to head home and with it being considered a local airport hotel, I do feel like it should be expected but just throwing it out there if anyone else would want to know that information.

Location
Closer to the airport than other hotels in the area. Noise from planes landing was a lot. There is also construction that starts at 7am.
Nice restaurant across the street, staff was very nice, places for pet walking, parking, showers were strong
Space was a little confined, breakfast was ok, nothing special, no extra chair or sofa, desk was small, no microwave, had to go downstairs, ice buckets were downstairs, it’s efficient for them but an inconvenience to me
Receptionist Angel. What a talent. She made my wife and I feel special with a kind smile and greeting. Even found me some peanut M&Ms and brought them to our room. The next morning Angel greeted us with the same vibrant personality. Made a stay and next day.
