Персонал пытался быстро решить проблемы с запахом от вентиляции, поменяли номер, угостили вином, помогли с трансфером, предложили поздний выезд

Жуткий запах от вентиляции, шум от дороги. Все окна отеля выходят на дорогу, не все номера с хорошей звукоизоляцией

Great hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is nice and beds are comfortable. Our car was charged for free during the night, handled by the valet, awesome!!
