Breakfast wasn't fully paid for, which was included in our stay.
So many rules for the pool which were never mentioned prior to our stay and I didn't have a coverup.
Everything is over-priced for the area.
It's summer and the pool is only open until 8pm and check in is at 4pm
Check out reminder 2 hours before is invasive.
Nice hotel was super friendly. They didn't have our room ready at check in but offered $50 breakfast gift card and Alex helped out with the parking. Great service
I had an amazing stay! The property is very well designed and the decor was beautiful. I had everything I needed and the staff was great, assisted me with anything I needed. Huge shoutout to Easton on the valet team! Upon arrival he was welcoming and professional. I had to rush out a few times and he made the process quick and easy each time! As this was my first time in Omaha, Nebraska I wasn’t sure what to expect but Easton recommended a few great spots in the Old Market which I really appreciated!
Easton & the valet team were awesome! They were sprinting to my car every time I needed it in 100 degree heat!
Came to visit/stay for my sister’s wedding and Elena and Ava were so helpful with my family’s luggage from our cars to inside and to our rooms! Great staff, very friendly and overall great experiences here!
Ryland was such a great help with my elderly mother. Without hesitation helped her out of the car, walked with her up the ramp and even helped unload our luggage .😇
We went to check out our grandsons college. The Kimpton was very nice, clean and had a nice pool area. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of selection. The room is smallish but the bathroom was nice and big. The pool area was a little weird in the way that most of the chairs were reserved for club members (whowever they were). A lot of construction around the area, so difficult to get into. Parking is expensive $35. If you get a drink at the pool they do not take credit cards, so expect an expensive tax as well as a 20% service charge on a drink.I would tell you to bring your own beverages.
Beautiful hotel. Great service at the restaurants and bars. The only downside was housekeeping (never came) and the pool. They are using the pool as a profit center. Over half of the chairs are for reservations only ($100 per chair) and these are the chaise on the sunny side in the morning. So hotel guests (paying over $500 per nite) are relegated to a shady confine, while the reserved chairs literally sit empty all day. Also the pool has a service charge for the bar, and the servers will tell you that they don’t get most of it—that it goes to management.
They really need to prioritize guests over non existent pool members and those few willing to pay for a chair.

They have a very small section for chairs by the pool for guests. The other pool chairs they charge $80 per chair per day! If you don't get there early, don't plan on a chair.
The alert team was so helpful and attentive. We weee here for a wedding and had so much baggage.
From the beginning the staff was kind, courteous and approachable. Easton in parking is the absolute boss of is his line of work. Any time you’re in Omaha I cannot recommend this place enough to you and your family. all heart.
