Pros:

Posizione defilata dalla 5'av ma comunque vicina al centro. Molto comodo avere il wallmart dietro l'albergo per fare la spesa e la vicinanza alla stazione ado.
Cucina ben attrezzata con tutto.
Bella anche la piscina sul tetto, anche se non abbiamo avuto tempo di usarla.
Il personale alla reception è stato cordiale e ha saputo consigliare ottimi ristoranti distanti dalla confusione della 5' av.

Cons:

Come ho già potuto notare in diverse sistemazioni nella riviera maya, manca totalmente la manutenzione. Trattandosi di un albergo a 4 stelle, la stanza aveva rubinetti quasi chiusi totalme te dal calcare, doccia compresa. L'aria condizionata faceva condensa e il muro era chiaramente macchiato. Abbiamo dovuto spostare il letto dal muro perche "pioveva" in testa.
La piscina al piano superiore bella, ma l'idromassaggio non funzionante e la palestra in abbandono.

I used to like but this is probabbly my last visit at the property

Cons:

Very bad experince. I asked for some stuff and the staff was sending from a person to another without any actual help. Staff complaining about that they are just about to finish the shift and wait for the next person to take over. The next person to take over said he needs one hour to settle in and afterwards been told that he cannot help and he will whatsapp his manager to sort it out, without success

Wegen dem Personal und der Kooperation leider nicht empfehleswert.
Pros:

An sich ist sie nicht schlecht, aber das Personal hat die Erfahrung etwas gedämpft.

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, kann leider nur schlecht English. Es wurde sich über einen Kunden vor ihm in einer anderen Sprache lustig gemacht. Wir hatten am letzten Tag kein Wasser und es gab kein entgegenkommen mit dem Preis uns wurde ein Zimmer für Bad und Toilette bereitgestellt in dem die Toilette leider jedoch auch nicht funktionierte. Es gibt keine Schattenplätze am Pool und sehr viele Mosaiksteinchen sind schon rausgefallen. Uns wurden die Regeln in einer dreckigen Mappe vorgelegt wo beispielweise steht es darf nicht lauter als 45db sein (dafür war es dann doch sehr lauter).

Apesar de tudo a localização é boa e o hotel tem boa relação custo/benefício.
Pros:

Não tem café da manhã, mas tem uma cozinha com frigobar, microondas e fogão por indução. Tem o mínimo necessário de utensílios para quem tiver que usar a cozinha.

Cons:

Os atendentes poderiam ser mais cordiais. A entrada e saída do estacionamento do hotel é péssima. Uma rampa extremamente íngreme e sem instrução nenhuma de como proceder com abertura e fechamento da porta da garagem.

位置不错但入住期间完全没热水
Pros:

位置很好，离 ADO 车站很近，步行即可到达。周边有不少不错的餐厅和便利设施，出行方便。价格合理，整体性价比较高。房间干净整洁，配有小厨房，对于需要简单做饭的旅客来说很方便。前台工作人员态度友好，办理入住和沟通都比较顺利。

Cons:

入住期间完全没有热水。虽然前台表示需要先放水约 5 分钟热水才会出来，但实际上我们连续放了 15 分钟仍然没有热水，而且水压也比较小。这个问题在其他住客评论中也有提到，希望酒店能够尽快解决。除此之外，过道和电梯非常狭窄，会给人一种较为压抑的感觉。房间内部分毛巾和靠枕上有明显污渍，卫生细节方面还有提升空间。

我们只是将这里作为中转住宿停留一晚，对于短期过渡来说是一个不错且经济的选择；但如果计划连续入住多天，舒适度方面可能会稍显不足。
