Indoor swimming pool operation hours: 06:00 to 22:00 (Normal operation)
Outdoor swimming pool operation hours: 09:00 to 22:00 (Normal operation)
Fitness centre operation hours: 06:00 to 22:00 (Normal operation)
Kids Lounge operation hours: on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00.
On weekends and public holidays: from 09:00 to 19:00 Holidays: Including substitute holidays.
Regular closure of fitness centers, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, and spas on the last Wednesday of each month (July and December operating normally).

The day off may change without prior notice depending on the hotel situation. The use of outdoor facilities may be restricted due to the hotel's internal circumstances, bad weather, or rain. During the peak season, from July to August, daily access to the pool is limited to 1 time per person.

Our concierge Bella helped us with screen mirroring since we are using iPhones and MacBooks. She was really friendly (and super pretty). I love this hotel!

The lobby was nice and the view was great from the windows.

Cons:

We stayed at the hotel and were pretty unhappy. The breakfast had a lot of options but the quality of the ingredients was very poor. The carpeting in the entire hotel smelled terribly like someone puked all over the hotel. And the service was very mediocre they weren’t even able to order us a large taxi when we left. The lounge also barely had anything in it.

SIGNIEL BUSAN - WORTHY OF 5*****
Pros:

The location, the grandeur and opulence of the communal areas, such as the lobby. The rooms were really nice and comfortable with great amenities, such as the remote control curtains.

Cons:

The price was pretty high and a lot of the other services and lounge/bar areas were very expensive.
