Customer service is awful. We got a towel stained with excrement, requested the change and they never responded. Also, on our last morning we didn’t get hot water to shower. No response from the management whatsoever. I’m not coming back, ever.

El personal, especialmente la Sra. Perla (encargada del desayuno) y Dan Fragoso (en recepción), quienes siempre se mostraron amables y dispuestos a solucionar requerimientos.

Cons:

Está deficiente en cuanto a detalles de limpieza.
Si la tarifa no incluía limpieza de habitación es necesario dejar algún tipo de implementos como para poder aspirar y/o barrer y limpiar mesa de comedor y baño.
Cabe destacar que los implementos para comer (platos, cubiertos) tenían polvo.
Y la alfombra alrededor de la cama estaba muy desgastada y deshilachada.
Igual, en áreas comunes, se veía algo de polvo y/o migajas.

La ubicación es privilegiada. Las habitaciones son amplias. El recepcionista Omar es muy amable y hace siempre lo que puede por ayudarte.

Llegué a alojamiento a las 4:00 de la mañana, me recibió el vigilante de mal humor, me hizo firmar la entrada y me dió una tarjeta con el número de habitación sin darme mayor información. Estuve hospedada cinco días, y solamente hicieron la cama. No se limpió el baño ni tampoco se barrió la habitación o el baño. No cambiaron ni las sábanas ni las toallas. Las lámparas en la mesa de noche se encienden con un toque, pero no se pueden dejar enchufadas porque cualquier mínimo movimiento las enciende. Y los apagadores de las luces de la habitación están solamente de un lado de la cama o a la entrada. La alfombra estaba deshilachada y se veía sucia y vieja. Hay solamente un pequeño horno de microondas y un pequeño servibar, pero no hay donde se pueda lavar un plato, hay que hacerlo en el baño. El desayuno es el peor que he visto, no hay nada, y la chica que atiende tiene mala cara y pocas ganas. Es una pena que no pongan atención ni en el servicio ni en las instalaciones, estando en uno de los mejores barrios de la ciudad de México.

o Hotel é bem novo! decoração bonita. O quarto era bem espaçoso. Uma sala, pequena área de alimentação, grande e confortável cama e banheiro amplo.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto. Edredom sujo, muitos cabelos. Cheguei e não tinha toalha disponível. Pedi ajuda com o chuveiro, mas não obtive resposta e o Café da manhã é simplesmente medonho. Começa as 8h, mas sempre atrasava.
