Sindhorn Kempinski
Pros:

I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world during my cruises and land travels and i am extremely surprised at the exceptional services and offerings Sindhorn Kempinski hotel has to offer. I was in Bangkok on a nine days ho;iday with my wife during my birthday month and we booked three nights each in Sindhorn Kempinski, Mandarin Oriental and Capella, respectively. We connected from Shanghai after a 13 days China tour where we also stayed in The Peninsula Beijing, Ritz Carlton Xian, Fairmont Shanghai. But the icing on the cake has to be Sindhorn Kempinski. Not only did it outshine its sister hotel, Siam Kempinski ( stayed previously), it also blew away many other established ones with its impeccable surroundings and services. I will not dwell more and will definitely make Kempinski my favourite go to hotel in Bangkok, at least.

A truly magnificent experience on every level
Pros:

By far, one of the best hotel experiences we have had (and we travel a fair bit). The hotel is beautifully appointed, providing a calm and luxurious experience in the midst of a very busy city. The staff was sensational - attentive, pleasant and polite, going out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The suite was just perfect - well-appointed, nicely decorated and extremely spacious. The buffet breakfast might have been one of the best we've encountered anywhere we've traveled, and despite being a buffet, the service was exceptionally good. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, to our departure, the entire experience was truly remarkable.

A special moment, our wedding anniversary, at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
Experience luxurious and comfortable living, escaping the hustle and bustle of city life, and relaxing in a tranquil atmosphere in the heart of Bangkok. Excellent service from the staff, Kempinski standards.
This time, I was impressed by the Thai desserts in the club lounge. They were beautiful, exquisite, decorated with lovely edible flowers, and tasted deliciously sweet and fragrant, making us very happy. The breakfast was also spectacular, which is the charm of this place.

Special thanks for the warm and lovely welcome every time.

Sindhorn Kempinski Bangkok exceeded expectations in every aspect
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location in Bangkok. It’s peaceful and surrounded by greenery, yet still convenient for shopping malls and restaurants. The atmosphere is elegant, calm, and luxurious. The room is clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Staff were professional and very good service-minded.

Total package in the embassy district
Pros:

The Sindhorn Kempinski is a total package in the embassy district of Bangkok. Rooms are the largest in the city, with top quality “hardware” and interiors, and the excellent housekeeping staff keep everything very well maintained. Silk accoutrements and upholstery, high end bathroom fixtures and comfortable (important : in perfect condition) furniture are part of the experience. As a top customer of Jim Thompson silks , this is a nice touch which is greatly appreciated. The hotel is set in an “urban oasis” within a lush garden compound, and a literal hop away to the excellent high-end Velaa outdoor mall. Food options are stellar, and range from Mediterranean influenced French to Japanese Izakaya and award-winning Thai food. If you need a quick bite , the lobby level Berthold Cafe always delivers and for a longer meal the Bistro de la Mer is perfect for business lunch. In-room dining team is ever so professional and can cater to even the most discerning guests with strict dietary preferences. Firefly bar is regularly featured in the top 100 Asia’s best bar list. The staff on arrival and reception including the Ladies and Gentleman in Red are there to welcome and make your stay memorable. The location is for me the best in Bangkok if you need to address trips to both trendy parts of Sukhumvit such as Thonglor as well as hit the historic district along the river for sight-seeing. It is a short 15-20 min rideshare to riverside destinations including Yaowarat-Chinatown, the Old City landmarks and Chao Phraya river malls and activities. A short 10 min walk from the hotel along the tony Langsuan Road takes you to the BTS station and the most luxurious Thai malls, also reachable via a hotel shuttle bus operating twice an hour. In fact, get yourself the complimentary personal shopper service at Central Chidlom / Embassy mall complex and ask them to send your shopping directly to the hotel. Simply Whatsapp the great concierge team that the goods are on the way and you'll just see everything materialize in your walk in closet within the hour.

Great First Experience as a Walk-In Guest

Recently visited the fitness center at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok for the first time as a walk-in guest, and the overall experience was very impressive.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. Even though I was a first-time visitor, the team explained the facilities clearly and made the whole process smooth and comfortable.

The fitness center itself was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with high-quality machines suitable for both strength and cardio training. The atmosphere felt calm, private, and premium, perfect for a focused workout session.

What stood out the most was the overall service mindset of the team and the professionalism of the manager, who handled everything with great hospitality and attention to detail. It truly reflected the service standard of a luxury hotel.

A great experience overall, and definitely a fitness facility I would consider coming back to again.
