A relaxing stay with good rooms and good public areas. Fantastic scenery.
Pros:

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Quiet at night. Fabulous scenery and the hotel was built to blend in.

Estadia perfeita para descansar em harmonia com a natureza.
Pros:

A localização do Hotel é excelente e a vista fantástica. Tem um jacuzzi aquecido com um ambiente circundante maravilhoso.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
Jantámos e tomámos o pequeno almoço que foram muito bons.
Já está a precisar de alguns pormenores de manutenção, nomeadamente no jacuzzi e nos equipamentos do spa, mas fora isso, tudo muito agradável. Recomendo!

Впечатление от отеля и от отпуска вцелом было испорчено.
Cons:

Вчера я вернулась из отеля домой с ужасным настроением и вся в укусах от постельных клопов. Мы с мужем и 2-мя детьми останавливались на 3 ночи с 12.07 по 15.07. 2026. После первой ночи в отеле на моем теле появились следы укусов насекомых, но каких сначала было непонятно. И только на третью ночь, я проснулась в 4 часа утра и обнаружила постельных клопов, которые были повсюду: на простыне, в изголовье кровати. Такое случилось со мной впервые. Мы проживала в номере 309. У моих детей (3 года и 6 лет) есть единичные следы укусов, так как они спали на дополнительной кровати.
Утром нас переселили в другой номер, а все вещи взяли на дизенфекцию. Новый номер тоже неприятно удивил: между подушкой и кроватью была паутина.
