Leuke vakantie met onze baby!
Pros:

Super! Heerlijk buffet met veel opties en alles netjes voorgesteld en kwalitatieve producten.

Cons:

De locatie was een tegenvaller. Het hotel is middenin een uitgaansbuurt. Je merkt er in het complex niets van, maar een leuke avondwandeling langs het strand zat er niet in.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Die Lage ist wenn man Nächtelang Lärm und gegrölle inkl. Bass will dann Ja. Das gesamte Essen HP ist nicht einmal 3 Sterne außer man liebt lieblos zubereitete und großteils lauwarme Speisen.

Tolles Hotel, leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, late Check-Out unproblematisch, ruhige Lage (wenn auch direkt am Ballermann gelegen), wunderschöner Pool

Cons:

Das Sushi am Abendbuffet hat uns überhaupt nicht überzeugt.

Pros:

Nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que ponen en cada detalle. Todo está impecablemente limpio, las instalaciones son preciosas y la decoración tiene muchísimo gusto, creando un ambiente elegante, acogedor y muy especial. Además, tanto el interior como las zonas exteriores están perfectamente cuidadas, algo que hace que la experiencia sea todavía más agradable.

Pero si hay algo que realmente marca la diferencia y hace que este hotel sea inolvidable, es su personal. Gracias a ellos nuestra experiencia ha sido aún más especial. Queremos destacar especialmente a MAXI, CAROL, ANTONIA, INMA y VANESSA, que nos han tratado con muchísimo cariño y cercanía desde el primer día. Siempre atentos a nosotros, pendientes de que no nos faltase nada, dándonos recomendaciones y ayudándonos en todo con una sonrisa.

Da gusto encontrarse con personas tan profesionales y humanas a la vez, que consiguen que te sientas como en casa. Sin duda, volveríamos una y mil veces más. Muchísimas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan perfecta.

Séjour exceptionnel dans un hotel de très grande qualité et très bien placé
Pros:

Le personnel de l'hotel était formidable, la qualité de la restauration et les équipements (spa, rooftop, piscines)

Cons:

Le probleme avec la douche ou les deux lits simples rassemblés pour constituer un lit double

Pros:

Wir wurden nicht in das gebuchte sondern angrenzende Hotel einquartiert Ich hatte 18 Zimmer gebucht , meines mit Meerblick.

Cons:

Nie wieder Aubamar,aber auch meine Buchungen über Booking com. Werde ich zum Jahresende beenden.
Hier wurde gemeldet das Hotel hat Seinen Namen geändert.
Es war definitiv ein anderes Hotel

Schickes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Alles top, Personal sehr freundlich und Zimmer sauber und schön hergerichtet. Preislich natürlich etwas teurer als die anderen umliegenden Hotels. Den Preisunterschied merkt man allerdings auch in Ausstattung und Service. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war super!

Cons:

Wir waren im Tower untergebracht und uns wurde gesagt beim Check in, dass wir alles trotzdem im Hotelkomplex nutzen können, auch das Frühstück im Suites & Spa. Das Frühstück konnten wir dann aber leider doch nicht nutzen.

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und überzeugt besonders durch seine gute Lage.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen, uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Pros:

Best 5 star I have stayed in abroad .Very good food and very comfortable beds etc .

Cons:

Need more rails to access pool and jazcuzzi.The hotel tries very hard but general area is full of big groups partying all day and night .if you want a quiet holiday this not the place to go.

Great stay
Pros:

We are a British family of 3 who have just finished a 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and the staff are amazing. We stayed in a junior suite, the room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Food at breakfast was really good, in my opinion quality over quantity is better and you can tell the hotel use quality ingredients.

The location of the hotel is on the bus route from the airport or is 10 minutes in a taxi. 30 mins on the bus from Palma city centre. With us having a baby this is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel for our short stay. We are not familiar with areas in Palma so we’re non the wiser to the fact that the area where the hotel is a German party hotspot. I.E the area is the German version of Magaluf…not ideal. If you are staying in the park tower facing the street be prepared to bring earplugs or you will be woken up by partygoers stumbling up the strip and out of Bombolaos until 5 am. We did not raise this as an issue with the hotel at we were only there for 3 nights. I am sure that if you are in another area of the hotel or have a pool view room this will not be an issue. Once you are inside the hotel you very quickly forget about the outside location as it really is so lovely!

I would definitely return to hotel!
