Traumhaft schönes elegantes Hotel, trotz Nähe zur Schinkenstraße 😅
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war so unfassbar zuvorkommend und rührend. Upgrade? Kein Problem. Am Abreisetag länger im Zimmer? Bis 17.00 Uhr kein Thema. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen, Bedienung am Tisch und am Buffet, alles was das Herz begehrt. Coffeebar und Live Cooking und jeden Tag ein Sandwich of the Day. Die liegen am Pool sind groß und dank der Auflage super bequem. Ab Mittag gab‘s noch Musik mit DJ am Pool. Danke an das gesamte Team

Ein modernes, hochwertiges Hotel in perfekter Lage – ruhig zum Entspannen und trotzdem mitten im Ges
Pros:

Sehr schönes, modernes und gepflegtes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern und einer tollen Poolanlage. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Atmosphäre im Hotel und gleichzeitig die perfekte Lage – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und vom Zentrum der Playa de Palma entfernt.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es während unseres Aufenthalts kaum etwas zu beanstanden. Wenn überhaupt, hätten wir uns am Abend etwas mehr Atmosphäre bzw. ein wenig mehr Betrieb an der Hotelbar gewünscht.

Pros:

Personalul e foarte saritor și toată lumea din hotel e extrem de draguta. Te ajuta si te îndruma cu orice ai nevoie inclusiv sfaturi despre ce sa vizitezi, unde sa mergi, cum, etc. Orice mica problema a fost s-a rezolvat instant. Hotelul e foarte curat, totul e organizat foarte bine, mâncarea bună, camerele foarte frumoase, facilitățile foarte bune.

Cons:

Nu are legătură cu hotelul, dar zona mai are câțiva oameni dubioși. E destul de specific insulei oricum pentru ca lumea se distrează si consuma alcool, substanțe.

Das Hotel ist gross und die zahlreichen Pools geben Abwechslung

Das Hotel befindet sih mitten im Ballermann. Entsprechend gab es abends an der Strandpromenade viele Betrunkene. Das war mit Kind unangenehm.

Wonderful stay with excellent service
Pros:

The service and staff were absolutely outstanding. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.
The housekeeping was excellent — our room was always clean and well maintained.
The food was amazing, with a huge variety of options at breakfast. There was something for everyone.
The hotel has four swimming pools, and there were always enough sun beds for everyone, which was a big plus.
The rooms also had very good soundproofing, so we were able to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.
The location is excellent — just a five-minute walk to the sea.

Cons:

Everything was wonderful overall. Our only comment would be about the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to order cocktails directly at the bar and we had to wait for a waiter. We waited for quite some time but unfortunately no one came. It seemed that there was only one waiter working and they simply couldn’t keep up with the number of guests.

Pros:

We had a nice stay overall, but to be honest, it didn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel.

The service was good in general, but the room was quite small. The fitness area was also a bit disappointing, with limited equipment and quite a few things missing.

The area around the hotel is also very touristy, busy and quite noisy, so don’t expect a particularly peaceful atmosphere once you step outside.

Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and the experience was good, but there are quite a few things that need improvement before I would personally call this a true 5-star experience.

Cons:

The food could also be better, especially the snacks and the lunch restaurant. Nothing terrible, but definitely below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel.

What bothered us the most was the lack of supervision in the fitness and wellness areas. You expect these spaces in a 5-star hotel to be quiet and relaxing, but there were several very young children around, including kids of about 6 years old in the fitness area. We even saw someone coming into the sauna area with a child of around 2 years old. It really takes away from the relaxing atmosphere you would expect from this type of hotel.
