Comfortable, well located, friendly place to stay one night or a week.
Pros:

The staff stands out as the friendliest, nicest we've experienced in a long time. The hotel is well appointed with a lot of room in the public area to spread out for breakfast and socializing. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Our 2 room suite was spacious. The breakfast had variety with fresh fruit daily.

Cons:

Though the breakfast had a lot of variety because we stayed a week it became too routine. The only change from day to day was grits or oatmeal and few healthy choices for a low carb or low sugar diets.

Pros:

The staff was great and friendly. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was not at all clean. The carpet was stained the lobby floor was not tidy. I was happy we were only there for one night.

This property is exceptional, and in a perfect location.
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice, and eager to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean, and we enjoyed our stay. I have no complaints.

Cons:

I liked everything. This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed in for awhile.

Very pleased with accommodations!
Pros:

Location was excellent. Breakfast offered a great variety including healthy options. Kitchen in the room was amazing.

Cons:

Pros:

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Easy to control temperature in the room.

Cons:

We liked pretty much everything; We thought the price was high, but in this case you get what you pay for.

Home away from home :)
Pros:

I'm conflicted about writing this review because my family and I love this place and we'd like to keep it all to ourselves! :)

My son is apparently a great judge of character because he enjoys all the staff members here (as we do!) and Home2 Suites has literally become our "home 2" away from home in PA! All the staff are truly wonderful so it feels terrible to only name a few... Paige, Kiley, Regina, Trish, Sherry, Shayna, Emma, Moises, Drew and the list goes on and on!

Ehprata is a bit further out from our normal places, but we enjoy it here so much that we go out of our way to be here! The rooms are always clean and comfy, the pool is great for my little one, breakfast is always delicious with a variety each day of protein, meatless options, cereals, waffles, local yogurt, mix-ins and so much more! The lobby and staff are always bright, welcoming and inviting and there's a lot of comfortable seating and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar. We have (thankfully) always gotten a room that didn't experience much noise and the hotel atmosphere was always friendly even with other guests.

The only thing I wish I could change was pricing sometimes LOL Sometimes when looking to book, prices had reached almost 800 for 2 nights on a weekend in the winter! *sobbing face* The pool a little warmer in the winter and having a later breakfast time would also be great as our family aren't morning people haha, but we push ourselves out of bed to enjoy the breakfast and to see Regina and Sherry :)

My son is in love with Paige! haha! She is so sweet and we always have a great time chatting with her, Kylie and the other front desk staff. We also were lucky enough to meet Trish on our last visit and she is wonderful and so thoughtful! We got some recommendations for places to visit and after visiting the Lancaster area for 19 years, we love adding new places to our list!

This is the place we always stay now and since we found it 6 months ago, we've stayed every time we come to the area (4x). Can't wait for the next time and my son is already asking! Hoping to see you all again soon! Thank you for everything! :)

First time stay
Pros:

Location, room, facilities.

Cons:

I made the mistake of asking for a room away from ice machine and elevators. I got a room at the far end of the hallway which made it a long walk to the elevators. I've recently healed from knee replacement and the walk was a little tiring. Other than that everything was great. The staff was very helpful.
