I like the customer service that I experienced at the location.The front desk clerk Kylie was awesome. also the other clerks were acknowledging other customers and me as well,throughout my visit.The maids didn’t speak much but I must say they are doing an amazing job with keeping that hotel clean and smelled so gd.Don’t find alot of clean hotels.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed railing comes out to far,Hit my foot a couple times.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

This hotel does it right! The staff is friendly and helpful from the checking in staff, to maintenance to breakfast staff, we were met with smiles and greetings. The hotel is clean and you can see they take pride in that. The linens were nice with thick towels. It was nice to have a kitchenette for those delicious farm stands foods. The breakfast is typical hotel breakfast items, rotated daily so when staying for several days there is always a variety. The only suggestion I would make is that the carpeting in the hall and in our room needs cleaning.

Comfortable, well located, friendly place to stay one night or a week.
Pros:

The staff stands out as the friendliest, nicest we've experienced in a long time. The hotel is well appointed with a lot of room in the public area to spread out for breakfast and socializing. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Our 2 room suite was spacious. The breakfast had variety with fresh fruit daily.

Cons:

Though the breakfast had a lot of variety because we stayed a week it became too routine. The only change from day to day was grits or oatmeal and few healthy choices for a low carb or low sugar diets.

Exceptional Staff, Spotless Rooms, and a Truly Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Home2 Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond by giving us great recommendations for local places to shop and eat, which really helped us enjoy the area even more.

The hotel itself was extremely clean, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the property in great condition.

After a stressful few days of traveling, this stay was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with genuinely kind staff and great customer service.

The hotel was not at all clean. The carpet was stained the lobby floor was not tidy. I was happy we were only there for one night.

This property is exceptional, and in a perfect location.
