Die Sauna war super, das Personal enorm freundlich.
Die Toiletten unten im Hotel waren nicht so sauber.

The room was way too expensive when Metallica was in town for their show.

Good selection of hot and cold breakfast fare. Hotel located close to a nice park, and with easy access to the metro and to most of the main city attractions by foot.
We loved the location, the modern but clean design of the room and the possible option for 2 teenagers one adult in the same room option.
The cleaning wasn’t as good this time as it was at oir last stay.
It is a quiet location over a nice park. I think probably a lovely quiet location compared to other hotels in Budapest. They gave us a bottle of prosecco in check in.
I found the decor quite drab, everything is grey and red across the hotel and doesn't feel very modern. The bathroom in the bedroom also felt odd for the size of the room. Really harsh lighting. Just not a very comfortable feeling room.
We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I had mentioned in advance that we were visiting to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and they gave us such a warm welcome, which made our stay even more special.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and the bed was excellent. We also loved the stylish lobby and bar area with its great atmosphere.
The breakfast selection was not very large, but everything was fresh and delicious, so we really enjoyed it.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

Very convenient location ,
30 min from Aiport but right in the heart of the city . One side all designer shops , and other side all the fantastic restaurants. Every cuisine.
The breakfast was the best part. Vegan options included.
Very clean and my room was spacious. Had a hot tub as well for us to use
