Modern Hotel, Great Location, and Truly Exceptional Service
Pros:

This is more than just a modern hotel with great design. The rooms are new, with automated controls and all the amenities you’d expect, including four complimentary bottles of water per stay.

What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. We needed a huge favor from the hotel—something they could have easily said was “not possible.” Instead, they went out of their way to help us, and I’m incredibly grateful. I won’t mention the specific favor because I don’t want others to assume it’s something the hotel can routinely accommodate.

Overall, we loved the friendly service, great location, modern rooms, and especially the staff’s willingness to go above and beyond for us. We would absolutely stay here again.

צומת מדהים וחוויה מדהימה, הייתי חוזר שוב!

אזור מרכזי, צוות מלון נותן מענה להכל, החליפו לנו חדר עם בקשה אחת בלבד, והיינו עם רכב בחניון (חניון קטן וחמוד, אבל זמין ונגיש, זהירות על הצדדים רק)

Oltre le aspettative, ritornerò!
Pros:

Hotel moderno e smart, una piacevole sorpresa!
Posizione comoda, vicino al due fermate della M1 (collegamento con il 100E per l'aeroporto), tram 4 e 6 per il centro e altri autobus. Vicino a supermercati, bar e ristoranti (incluso il mercato giornaliero nella piazza davanti all'hotel).
Colazione molto buona. Staff super gentile e disponibile.
La camera dal quinto piano ha una vista fantastica!

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la linea antigua de metro. Está muy limpio y cómodo. Buenas instalaciones. Atención muy buena.

Pros:

We had a great time. We liked the breakfast, with many options, eggs, vegetables, fruits and sweets. Also there were 3 or 4 coffee machines so we almost didn't wait to get coffee. We also had room service once and it was very tasty and rich in options and not too expensive. A nice location close to many beautiful sites and to public transport. Reception were very quick to answer every question we had before and during the stay.

Cons:

Unfortunantly, because of the energy crisis we couldn't use the saunas and the air conditioning in the room had to be 25c or above which was uncomfortable but understandable. Over all, a great hotel. Would come again.
