Great venue, not so great receptionist.
Pros:

Its exactly what a solo traveller would require. People who like nagging about small stuff dont even understand the purpose of this place. I slept well, room was cleaned everyday, it was a great stay for me. In fact i extended my stay for a day

Cons:

One of The receptionist women was confusing. Wanted me to charge additional fees for last minute room booking, also told me booking.com wont help to save money either. But when i went upstairs to check again , i did find the room rate much cheaper on booking.com, the other young lady also let me re adjust to my new room without any extra fees or questions asked. This left me a little confused. Im super satisfied with the second lady and her customer service. At the same time the lady with glasses didnt even bother to care about the customer.

The venue is perfect though. Theres no complain.

Pros:

Location, restaurants close to the front door. The room was clean.

Cons:

Flunky platform with a bed on it! I have a bad knee and it cut-off the room and access to the window. Hot water was good, but the bathroom flooded everywhere outside the door.

Очень уютный и комфортный отель. Всегда чисто, приятно возвращаться вечером в убранный номер.

Очень хороший и уютный отель. Всегда чисто и комфортно, в номере приятно находиться. Уборка проводится регулярно, всё аккуратно. Отличное расположение — рядом метро, магазины и всё необходимое. Персонал вежливый, сервис хороший. Остались только положительные впечатления.
