⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I had a great experience at Britannia Hotel and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!Nothing.

I will never want to stay here again. It was a horrible experience having to beg for towels every day. This is a basic n

It was situated close to where I needed to go - to a funeral.
The food (with the exception of breakfast) was good.

Cons:

The hotel did not have towels so I was late for a funeral - almost missed it and yet I flew to Durban for this sole purpose.
Had I known, I would have carried towels from Jhb. The manager, Aaron(who refused to provide his surname) wanted to offer us a free meal as compensation for no towels BUT he told the staff in charge of laundry that they will pay for our meals!!!! Ridiculous that a hotel does not have towels and expects to deduct a meal from their staff.
They do not provide tissues or hand towels either.
The breakfasts are mediocre. There's only 3 options and to eat the same breakfast 3 days in a row was boring.
