Pros:

1. Clean room and functional DSTV entertainment.
2. Availability of warm water.

Cons:

1. The physical location of the hotel is not appealing. It is right at the side of a very busy highway and an interchange where vehicle traffic is high.
2. The vehicular noise was unbearable especially during the night on a busy weekend. Sleeping under such conditions was very difficult.
3. There was no chair or desk in the room which made it difficult to do remote work.
4. The complimentary breakfast portions were so little.
5. There was no microwave, water kettle or fridge in the room. No teas or coffees in the room.
