Pros:

There are kind and attentive staff members who work reception and serve as waiters. The manager is constantly available to talk to incase you have unexpected issues. They have mastered customer service.

My room was flooded with water due to heavy rain
Pros:

I did not have breakfast. I did not stay for breakfast. I lived early in the morning. My room was flooded with water. Due to a leaking ceiling, I have it on video I did complain. However, the bid was dry. But the room was flooded with water.

It rained that night. The ceiling was leaking badly with water. My room was flooded, but the bed was dry. I did not have breakfast. I left before because I was angry. Because my room was flooded. I have it all on video.

Pros:

The place is clean, and the receptionist was really helpful and assisting to the best of her ability. The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The gentleman assisting at the kitchen in the evening assumed that we knew about the place, and was not very welcoming.
