This was our second time staying at Arts Hotel by Square. We love the thoughtful helpfulness of the team, morning coffee and people watching on our balcony, the fresh water and coffee, and beautiful interior.
Местоположение отлично советую. Отель необычный кофе машинка, кофе очень понравилось ещё бесплатно можно попить.

Great location, close to the bridge and a whole pedestrian street with cafes and restaurants; there are some shops around. The staff is friendly (saw someone at the time of the checkout) - if you plan to pay in cash, they might not have the change so better prepare in advance the exact sum
Free tea, coffee and water + fridge in the common area.
There is no shower door or curtain in the bathroom (see photos) so one might flood the floor and it gets very slippery
If you need anything during your stay, it might be problematic:
- no chance to get extra hangers (only 2-3 provided) and/or towels (for the flooded bathroom) as there is no one at the property (the hotel team offered to bring those items in the evening but never specified what time)
- ironing board is hard to use - there is new thick blanket type cover on it
- there was a stain on my bed sheet when I arrived
- plates and cups in the common area had stains
It says in the description that there is no elevator, be prepared to climb lots of stairs - not recommended if you have bulky luggage
UPD: the hotel team reached out after my review and made sure they understood what went wrong, apologized for the hangers/towels and promised that they would change the ironing board soon and really cared for the feedback and took reviews seriously. That really feels good and I'd actually recommend this place as people are eager and change things that might not work at first.

Ни капельки того, что могло не понравиться.
Завтрака нет, но месторасположение и организация работы отеля отличные! Четвертый раз останавливаемся в этом отеле, стало лучше. Концепция отеля без персонала очень зашла!
The location – there are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The metro isn't far.
The free coffee was excellent. I also liked the free biscuits and water, as well as the use of crockery.
Obviously, the price was good, too.
Any message was answered within minutes. The check-in was very detailed with excellent photos.
My room didn't smell very nice. When I arrived, the carpet outside the bathroom was very wet, and I think the smell came from that.
The super high small window made me feel a bit claustrophobic.
We were happily surprised by this hotel. Location is really great! You can walk to almost all sights, and the facilities are really nice.
The room was really nice and there was room service every day.
I would really choose it again.
Our room was was facing the interior building courtyard, and thought that made it very quiet, there was sole quite of engine noise from the common area.
There is no receptionist which makes it a bit “cold”.
