Az elhejezkedés es a környezet.

Cons:

Nem volt egy törölköző egy kilepő egy kéztörlő. Nem volt fűtés pedig kint este 5 fok volt. Sajnos a WC büdös volt. Nem volt túl drága de ennél sokkal jobbra számítottam.

Személyzet nagyon barátságos és segítőkész. Ez az egyetlen értékelhető ami számomra pozitív.

Cons:

Nincs panaszkönyv, ki volt jelentve hogy kártyás fizetés csak 3000ft felet lehet mert nem fognak állandóan számlát írni ha valaki 1000 Ft vásárol. Fűtési időszakban nyári extrém vékony takaró papírvékony párna. Fűtés 2x kapcsol be reggel meg este. Ablaknál ujjnyi rés és ezzel nem tudnak mit csinálni de a tulajdonos szerint biztosítva van a 20-22°C . De úgy nehéz ha ujjnyi rés van az ablaknál fűtési időszakban úgy hogy kint van 10°C. Ezért lettem lázas. Aztán mikor jeleztem a problémát kijelentette a tulajdonos hogy nincs panaszkönyv mert nem kötelező. Aztán elszólta magát az egyik alkalmazottja hogy a fűtés csak 18°C kapcsol be. Igaz kaptam másik szobát ami érezhetően melegebb volt.

Kiadták a szobám, még mielőtt odaértem volna és átvettem volna a saját szobám. A személyzet csak habogott és a kolléganőjére támaszkodott. Hazudott össze-vissza. Egy igazi hulladék egy hely. Annak örüljenek, nem perelem be őket.

Das Personal war der einzige Lichtblick. Der Mann war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Anlage war recht heruntergekommen, für Familie oder alleinreisende Frauen nicht geeignet und eher als Monteurzimmer zu verstehen. Es wurde uns bei Ankunft gesagt, dass sie überbucht sind und sie nur noch ein Zimmer frei haben, statt zwei. Es wurde uns als Ausgleich die Bar für 50€ angeboten. Wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Das Geld für nicht erhaltenes Zimmer haben wir nie zurück erstattet bekommen.
