It's alright but not the best
Pros:

Comfy bed, big room, good desk and fast wifi, good AC, nice staff.
Breakfast was decent

Cons:

Had to change rooms on arrival cause my bathroom had sewers smell coming from the sink.
The room i changed to rarely ever has cold water from sink.
Location doesn't have much interesting things around it and hotel is on an uphill

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Lazar, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Außerdem spricht er Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert hat. Vielen Dank an ihn!

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat mir leider überhaupt nicht gefallen. Außerdem wird in der Hotelbeschreibung angegeben, dass Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Tatsächlich gibt es jedoch nur etwa 10 Stellplätze. Als ich angekommen bin, war kein Parkplatz mehr frei, sodass ich mein Auto auf der Straße parken und am nächsten Morgen einen Parkschein kaufen musste.

What did you like about the property?

From the moment I arrived, Nobel Gallery Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is stylish, impeccably clean, comfortable and perfectly located for exploring Belgrade. Every area was well maintained, and the atmosphere struck the right balance between modern comfort and genuine hospitality.

What elevated an excellent hotel into a truly memorable experience, however, was Novak, who works at the bar.

Hospitality is about far more than serving drinks. It is about making people feel welcome, valued and remembered. Novak does this effortlessly. Every interaction felt genuine rather than rehearsed. He greeted guests with warmth, took a sincere interest in people and created an atmosphere that made the bar somewhere you wanted to spend time rather than simply pass through.

Having spent many years leading schools and developing staff, I’ve learned that technical skills can be taught, but qualities such as emotional intelligence, humility, professionalism and a genuine desire to serve others are much harder to develop. Novak possesses those qualities naturally.

He doesn’t simply provide good customer service—he embodies it. He anticipates people’s needs, treats everyone with respect and leaves every guest feeling that their experience matters. Those are leadership qualities.

With the right mentoring and opportunities, I have no doubt that Novak has the potential to become an outstanding Hotel Manager. He has the character, professionalism and presence that great hospitality leaders possess. Nobel Gallery Hotel is fortunate to have him, and I hope they continue investing in his development because he represents the very best of their brand.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to fault. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would simply be to offer a slightly wider breakfast selection a variety of juices (I am just being pedantic) during busier periods. Other than that, my stay was excellent.

Great stay in Belgrade.

Хорошее расположение. В номере есть халаты и тапочки.

Cons:

В номере 310 было много волос на полу. Уборка посредственная. В ванной запах плесени и в целом пора делать косметический ремонт. Вода только платная. Не поняла восторга от завтраков. Обычные отельные завтраки, выбор стандартный.
