Central location, very accommodating owner and very clean room
Pros:

Central location close to cafe’s restaurants and bars.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating, always checking up on us to ensure that everything was to our liking.
The room was clean.

Bien situé, proche du métro. De nombreux restaurants à proximité, très animé.
Chambre confortable, propre, bien isolée phonétiquement, climatisation, frigo avec eau fraîche et cadeau d'accueil, salle de bain correcte.

Cons:

Aucun interlocuteur sur place, même si on s'est assuré de savoir si tout nous convenait.

Pros:

I highly recommend this accommodation. I liked the lively, yet soundproofed place. Everything was close by. The district is bustling with activity. Downstairs, there are plenty of pubs and shops. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The wine was a nice touch, and the owner was very helpful and kept in touch. Thank you, and we will definitely recommend it!

Ideal location to enjoy the best Athens has to offer!
Pros:

Really great property, brilliant location!

Cons:

Overall it’s fab but with it being in the centre of a very busy area you do get noise inside your room, but ear plugs are provided and work fab! I knew this when booking so it’s not an issue for me, but worth others being aware.

Suited to a very limited cohort of travellers
Cons:

The room was teeny tiny. Photos of the balcony in the advertisement of the rooms was misleading. Cleaning is done once every 3 days. These are 4 spare rooms on the first floor, sandwiched between the bakery on the ground floor and a rooftop bar/entertainment area on the second floor. There is a staircase leading to these rooms, which have to be accessed by walking through the very busy bakery. If this information was disclosed prior to our booking, we would not have booked at this accommodation.
