We stayed with our 12 month old and they were super helpful to share with us beforehand the crib to be provided to my son. It was a really baby friendly hotel with safe high chairs in the restaurant. My baby loved having breakfast with live piano. Excellent location! Great staff! Thank you so much for everything!
Because we travel with our baby and he frequently soils his clothes we needed a cloth drying rack however the hotel was unable to provide, still they were so helpful to bring additional hangers and pillows

Luckily, this was made up for by the incredibly beautiful music at breakfast and the wonderful girls in the lobby and restaurant!
I highly recommend this hotel – it's a wonderful experience to start the morning with live music and delicious Turkish coffee.
Unfortunately, the man in the lobby always prefers to smoke and watch from the sidelines as guests with children carry their suitcases without even holding the door.
Perfect location, nice bedroom with a very comfy bed and nice shower. Super soft towels and robes. Breakfast is nice and accompanied by some live piano music. Even if in the center, it was quite and private. We had a lovely experience, it felt luxurious at a convenient price
A bit stingy on toilet paper. One extra roll per room would be appreciated. In a 4 stars hotel, the guest should not have to go to the reception to ask for it multiple times, it’s embarrassing for us and for the staff.
Excellent location, within walking distance of almost all the main attractions. The cleanliness was very good, and both the room and the bathroom were a decent size.
The reception staff were fantastic. They checked us in quickly and, at our request, made a reservation at the restaurant we chose and arranged a wonderful table for us.
We do, however, have some comments regarding the housekeeping service. Since the rooms are serviced every day, there should ideally be a routine check to make sure that all facilities and equipment are working properly, with any issues reported for repair. For example, there were burned-out light bulbs in the bathroom and non-working bedside lamps. Even after a technician came to check them, the bedside lamps were still not working.
Another concern was that the amount of toilet paper was not monitored. When we arrived, the roll was already half used, and the next day it was not replaced with a new one. We had to contact reception and ask them to provide another roll.
The breakfast was satisfactory, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was impressive, especially with the live music.

What started as a genuinely lovely stay unfortunately ended on such an uncomfortable note that it completely changed my overall impression of the hotel.
My arrival was wonderful. The greeting and welcome were fantastic, breakfast was excellent, and the room itself was beautiful and spacious. The bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper, which was slightly odd, but as I was only staying for three nights, I didn’t bother raising it.
The real issue began on my final day.
It started raining, and there were umbrellas available at reception, so I took one with me while heading out. I had been coming in and out of the hotel around four to six times a day throughout my stay, so the reception team had seen me regularly. Despite this, an older lady at reception made quite an issue of me taking the umbrella and stopped to ask for my room number while she was checking in other guests.
I gave it to her, of course. If I had lost or damaged the umbrella, I would have happily paid for it. That was never the issue. It was the tone, the scrutiny and the manner in which I was approached that made the interaction feel unnecessarily uncomfortable. When I returned, I made a point of returning the umbrella immediately — without so much as a scratch.
Unfortunately, checkout was even worse.
I checked out at approximately 3:45 a.m. because of an early flight. An older gentleman came down, called the same lady from earlier to handle my checkout, and then went upstairs to physically inspect my room and apparently check whether I had consumed anything from the minibar.
I hadn’t.
Despite telling her no, I was then asked again whether I had eaten anything from it. Once a guest answers the question, I’m really not sure why they need to be asked repeatedly.
I had purchased some snacks from Carrefour during my stay and left some of them in the room.
