L'emplacement au centre ville pour tout faire à pied.

Le personnel était exceptionnellement gentil et serviable.
Bon emplacement

Très difficilement accessible en voiture.
Un parking est disponible mais il est très serré.

Location, comfortable room and friendly staff

Cons:

Very tight parking but what really caused an issue was the lack of reliable internet. Our room allocated internet was not available so had to link into other rooms. Also the general mobile internet service did not work in our room. This is a real handicap when trying to research your trip and Annecy.

Perfect Location
Pros:

All staff really helpful. Great location. Room very clean and had all you need, even hooks for jackets which you do not always see. Breakfast was simple but just as you need.

Door wegwerkzaamheden in de stad is het hotel moeilijk bereikbaar via GPS. Hier veel tijd mee verloren. Hotel kon dit vooraf melden

Molto difficile raggiungere in auto l'Hotel, non si viene avvertiti dei lavori in corso in paese, innumerevoli strade a senso unico o non abilitate alle auto, googlemaps non fa arrivare e nemmeno waze (consigliato dall'hotel) , siamo riusciti ad arrivare in macchina all'hotel solo grazie al percorso segnato su una cartina dal receptionist.
Per il resto del soggiorno per una notte, tutto ottimo .

emplacement, propreté

Cons:

pas de sèche cheveux.
pas de clim, il fait 25 dans la chambre. "elle est encore en mode chauffage, ouvrez la fenêtre il fait frais dehors". j'ai ouvert, samedi soir en centre-ville d'Annecy, les gens rentrent de soirée, parlent fort, crie, s'apostrophent. Pas moyen de dormir avant 5h du matin.
au checkout on ne vous demande pas comment s'est passé le séjour, on vous demande juste de payer les éventuels petits déjeuner, consommations et taxes de séjour.

Accueil très moyen.

Pros:

The staff at the desk were great, very helpful in providing us with recommendations and generally making sure we were comfortable.
