Un perfecto oasis en Osaka
Pros:

Lo que más me llamo la atención y me gusto es el servicio premium que ofrecen a todos sus clientes hospedados ofreciéndoles todo tipo de bebidas y snack

Cons:

Se encuentra situado a 11 min andando de la estación de Umeda, y a 9 min andando de la estación de metro más cercana, no es un inconveniente grande pero después de patear la ciudad es un plus a valorar, sin embargo es un hotel que merece una alta calificación

Overall had a pleasant stay

Cons:

Hotel room, restaurant and reception were quite small. The house keeper didn't do their job properly. We stayed for 8 nights. And most days our rooms are not cleaned well.

Good Hotel to Choose from in Osaka Stay
Pros:

Free sweets and coffee and tea for afternoon tea time. Free alcohol, liquor and beer etc plus snacks for happy hours.

Cons:

The room was a bit small in comparison with Sapporo, but still bigger than those basic rooms in Tokyo.

I would only stay again if I was traveling alone or needed to go to the US embassy again.
Pros:

We had to go to the US embassy so the location was perfect for that.

Cons:

The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained overall. However, I feel the service could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to being more attentive and proactive with guests.

At times, staff members seemed to be standing around rather than actively engaging with guests or anticipating their needs. For example, I was traveling with a young child and had several bags with me, yet none of the staff in the lobby approached me or offered assistance with my belongings. Small gestures like this can make a significant difference in the overall guest experience.

The lounge was another area that could be improved. It appeared to be significantly oversold relative to the amount of available seating. There were guests waiting just to be seated and use the lounge. We specifically paid for lounge access but ultimately chose not to use it because it was simply too crowded.

Management may want to consider placing a reasonable cap on the number of rooms or guests receiving lounge access so that those who pay for the benefit can actually enjoy it comfortably.

Overall, the property itself was very pleasant, but improved staff attentiveness and better management of lounge capacity would greatly enhance the guest experience.
