Pros:

Excellent place to stay; our second time. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Check-in easy and efficient. Room comfortable with all amenities. Good baths available. Welcome drinks in the foyer an unexpected bonus. It was easy to access from the station and there was a nearby limousine bus to take us to the airport at the end of our trip.

Hôtel dont je n’attendais pas grand chose et qui m’a apporté une très belle surprise
Pros:

Très bel établissement avec des chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Les bains sont les meilleurs que nous ayons vu dans un hôtel au Japon. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très savoureux. Une belle découverte tout à fait recommandable

Cons:

Check-in automatisé, check-out automatisé… un peu de rapports humains ne fait pas de mal.

All in all ok. Bad thing is that the staff doesn’t speak english and it was hard to comunicate with them.
Pros:

Food and staff.

Cons:

They didn’t allow us to use the pool because we have tattos. And that wasn’t written down in advance. We came here on our honeymoon and wanted to use spa and we couldn’t. If we knew this before booking we wouldn’t have come here.

Huone oli pieni, mutta useimmat Japanin hotellihuoneet ovat pieniä ja se riittää täydellisesti pariksi yöksi. Sänky oli valtava ja mukava. Hotelli on lähellä asemaa ja ravintoloita, ja silti hiljainen. Olimme siihen erittäin tyytyväisiä.
Aamiainen oli parempi kuin eri hotelleissa ja illalla nautimme ilmaisia juomia hotellin aulassa.

Clean and comfortable worth the price.
Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms , 15 min walk to Osaka station . Free tea coffee soft drinks from 11 to 9 pm. Free alcoholic drinks drinks and snacks from 5 to 9 . Sona and public bath. Beautiful lobby with interesting books and art works to look at. Extra security code for women public bath was really appreciated . We purchased breakfast at the hotel and there was a good variety of cold and hot dishes western and Japanese to enjoy.

Cons:

The mirror in the room is directly behind the bathroom door so If someone opens the toilet door it will hit the person using the mirror . Mirror should be moved out of the way of the door way. We were on 10th floor but still could hear the noise from the street at night.
