Nie wiem jak reszta pokoi. Ja dostałem pokój gdzie oo stromej drabinie wychodziło się na antresolę. Nie zbyt świeżo i przyjemnie.
Жили в историческом месте (ранее Отель Англия) в самом центре исторической части города, где до центральной площади, парка Горки и улицы Рыжкова одинаково ровно 5 минут. Номер уютный, вода горячая есть. Вкусный завтрак. В самом отеле есть бассейн и сауна, но мы не ходили
Постельное белье очень сильно пахло хлоркой, не было бутилированной воды

Good location, and I liked the aesthetics of the lobby. I did not try the pool or sauna since they were already closed when I arrived, but I imagine those could be positives as well.
The receptionist was very grumpy, which was not a great start. He also forgot to tell me where the breakfast is, so I was a bit lost in the morning. The bed was quite hard, and the bathroom a bit uncomfortable (especially the toilet) for someone a bit taller like me. My main issue was the noise, as I was quite close to the reception, and I could hear every word being said in the lobby. This was upsetting in particular because the rooms are advertised as "soundproof", but in reality it was quite the opposite.
I had a pleasant stay at Araks Hotel in Gyumri. The location is excellent, and the price offers great value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel zlokalizowany w centrum historycznym miasta oferował obszerne pokoje. W hotelu dostępny kryty basen i sauna, z których można korzystać, smaczna restauracja, ktora oferowała kuchnie międzynarodową, co bylo fajnym przerywnikiem kuchni armeńskiej.
Mały minus za śniadanie, ktore ogólnie było dobre, ale niestety pieczywo bylo czerstwe.
The hotel is located in the centre of the city. The price per night is very cheap, but inside clean, there's comfortable beds and a nice breakfast.
No issues for this price.

There was a bad smell in bathroom, no air conditioning system was available.
