PESIMA ATENCION Y NO RESPETA LAS RESERVAS

Ubicacion del hotel

Cons:

Primero, no respetan las reservas hechas a traves de booking, (a pesar qie señale la hr de entrada junto con el chek in) tambien señalo que habia por lo.menos otras 3 peraonas en igual situacion.

Segundo, a pesar que llegue 2 hrs antes solo para pagar y el pseudo gerente, dice que cancelo ka reserva porque llamo en repetidas ocasiones a n9 num de cel y no lo hizo a traves de la plataforma, en mi caso YO NO RESPONDO LLAMADAS DE NUMEROS DESCONOCIDOS.

Tercero, pesima gestion del dizque gerente para la reserva, debio cancelar a traves de la aplicacion y no lo hizo ademas de actuar de forma altanera y prepotente, de igual forma se le hizo ver su error y ya cuando fue burlona actue de tu a tu y ahi si se quejo el individuo de que le estaba hablando fuerte y golpeado.

Cuarto y esto es para BOOKING no me resolvio nada por la reserva, me ofrecia otro lugar al doble de precio, espero por lo menos que sancione al lugar por realizar estas malas practicas

Limpio todo muy cómodo personal muy amable el estacionamiento muy seguro

No tenian ni una botellita de agua en la habitación para tomar y la recepción vendía cara y el aire tenía un poco de ruido era de ventana
